Having read the reviews I now remember it was the copy of 'fishy' (called 'big fish'??) that wasn't directly stolen to my knowledge although it was certainly similar to the original by xgenstudios. I don't quite understand why he changed it to something so obviously stolen unless it is just some sort of publicity stunt, but it is safe to say that it is not wise to trust ANY submissions from him.

Originally it was a stolen "fishy" game from Xgenstudios and I know that from looking at it's early reviews.

Looks like the author just used a decompilier to do minimal change, enough to keep users from whistling. After it passed judgement he just switched the file completely.
