While I have no idea if it infringes on any copyrighted material, and I don't have the sister-site familiarity full EG's require, it is throwing strange alerts from my browser and I suspect it is malware.
If I'm wrong, my apologies. I really don't want to risk my computer and I'll let the professional's look into it.
I wouldn't say I'm a professional, but I checked it out. Nothing seems suspicious (no alerts or anything here), and Bitdefender's not throwing anything at me.

Stolen? Shovelware? It's one of those network games, where it's on the generic game sites. I doubt that MinecraftDman made this game. The website listed on the menu screen is different than the one after you lose.
