This ine has surgety footage. It's intended to be spam anyway, but is this what we want around here? There's little or no blood, so I don't know if it falls under the gore rule.

It doesn't really prove anything. Many authors are posting their games/movies on various sites and promote them to get more revenue from ads and popularity.
When you start the game, it says "Created by Shajby", and this guy's name is shajby has an account here since '08. Since then he's been submitting various games. I believe he's just ordinary game making monkey, perhaps working on contracts with some flash sites (like Littlebigplay). I wouldn't blow my whistle on that. The game may not be the most original, but sure it's not another cookie cutter.

This one's different that the one reported above, yet same situation almost. The submitter gives credit tot he author. He DID actually change things, but it seems he decompiled and chaged it. The original work was pokehidden's. Here's ver 1.4, but 1.5 is avalable around the internet, including 'share' sites:
No user generated content. It's a clip from one of those high def animal scene videos. No animation. No user generated content.

My view on tutorial games is that they would have to of added something to the game itself. Just ripping it straight is not allowed, but if they took the engine and built on it it would be worth discussion.
This is straight out of a Stencyl framework/demo. How is it that non-working and barely working games pass judgement?!
