Not at all, as Tom Fulp once said when people kept trying to submit Choco Break as their own:

Stencyl tutorials:
(The green mesh shooter guy tutorial)
(The black box as my character tutorial, visible on 2nd level enemies.)
He's had several Stencyl tutorials removed already, and I left a review letting him know that games from tutorials aren't allowed, since you're basically re-making someone else's game when you follow a tutorial. Yet, he's still doing it.
As for these next ones, I don't know if they're from tutorials, but he's submitting broken bits of games. Part 1 barely works and has nothing to do in-game but walk around. Part 2 doesn't work at all. He's submitting new bits and pieces before the others are even out of judgement. I'd love to see the NG community do their job and blam them, but that ain't happening, as they're starting to pass. There's supposed to be notable improvement between submissions, but since he changed the look it's hard to tell. Nonetheless, part 2 doesn't work. I'd say that's not a notable improvement.
Maybe a note from a mod would help clear this up for them.
BTW, the one that passed: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/623155 barely works too. If you go to the bottom level and kill the bunny, you can't get back out. Yup. They games need work.
