This is just a whole bunch of Dane Cook's standup...it's really blatent stealing of his intellectual work. I don't know what everyone here thinks about it, but I whistled it.

mmm that's a tricky one. if you whistle that, you should whistle all soundboards. you come with intellectual property and that's a great argument BUT the author does give the credit to dane cook and the author didn't submit to NG to get a profit out of it.

so it's quite tricky. he prolly didn't get authorisation from Dane Cook but one can argue that
- there is no personal gain
- there is a referral to the original author
- it is done with respect.
- it seems to me like some rather common files

and i have a reaction to DoD and MP in the forums.

Apparently most of the reviews that are posted under StrawberryClock's flash "B" are in fact not abusive. I marked around 50 at one point, and 1 or 2 got deleted. I have no idea why it remains broken, or why those reviews weren't deleted (A bunch of all-caps stuff and flaming, yet they remain)

To be checked by Wade, reviews have to have a certain amount of flags... since your is broken it won't be enough alone. Getting back normal whistle won't be easy but once you it only takes like 24 hours to get to silver... Good luck.

Broken whistle is easy to come out of if you find the right submissions. They have a club around here with posts on offensive reviews and what not. You'll have to do a little searching but you'll find it. Guarantee you if stick with that club; a silver whistle will be generously handed over.

Thats weird. I heard that was the place to go if someone should have whistle problems but you don't seem like the kind of guy to get a broken whistle. Broken whistle is hard to come by; it takes a hell of a lot of misjudged whistle blows and review absuive markings to get their. I'd talk to Wade about that, you shouldn't have a broken whistle at this moment only someone who is truly deviod in the NG system flaggings would be fitted with that so yeah no way should you have that. Try visiting lower entries cause I believe thats where you can find the abusive reviews to " sucks bad, blam" to the most offensive reviews with all caps and such. Try there or I'm sure LittleWashu could give you a few tips. She's extremely good at what she does, could make a career out of it if she wanted to.

You know when someone posts on the EGB forums how it shows their title under their alias? For example yours is "Barracks Relations Officer"

When he made his first post his said NG Mafia. So I assumed he was from the Mafia.

It's changed now but I'm 100% sure it said NG Mafia when he posted last night, so I was using that as my reference.
