Removed in 3 mins. They didn't even bother to try to tag it properly. They just chose the first thing on the list
A wedding cake designer is "Action - Fighting - Brawler"?

Removed. Didn't even try to cover that one up.

As you may have noticed, a few of us (myself, Asandir and SCTE3 off the top of my head) have a shiny new gold aura. Along with this shiny aura are some new teeth for dealing with stolen/shovelware/malicious movies and games.
Congratulations RohantheBarbian you deserve to be a moderator! you have done some brilliant stuff on here and I remember the games you did on here. I really pleased thanks for the appreciation. I have brought back Overlord for Xbox 360 fantastic game. I love the series. gamesgrow is a pain I saw his site I refuse to go on there because, of the way he is abusing the site making alts etc
Hi guys. I know this is not a stolen game or shovelware rubbish or anything nasty like that. But it's just bugging me. It's a game that just does not load, it doesn't do anything, it's just a blank grey screen. (Right click. Movie not loaded.) And it has a medal you can't possibly get. (Annoying!!) It's just sitting there wasting space. The author has been notified about the problem but has made no attempt to fix whatever it is.

Youtube-style videos like this aren't allowed here, right?

We discussed it, and as long as there is effort put into it, it is allowed in the portal.
Man ! You guys are good at spotting stolen flash games or animations. I still don't see how you guys do this. However, I came here to rejoin the fun of protecting the portal :) I haven't been quite active when it comes to blaming and saving submissions recently, but I'll try to watch and vote on a few at least 2 or 3 times a week from now on :)
Look, I can spot the difference between a non-shovelware game and this one!

A clip from the episode of Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggan. Someone should tell this guy that submitting a clip that wasn't his isn't exactly allowed.

"Shit, my shovelware game got removed, better resubmit it again, derp!"
You would be surprised how helpful Portal Guard is in situations like this.
I've been watching this account for a while, and I've noticed that basically every single game they've submitted is the exact same thing, except for the backgrounds. They also all link to this "nextdifferencegames.com." So this is a shovelware account, right?
This is just a crazy suggestion but I hope you guys understand and agree. If we post a stolen or shovelware game link here, is it possible that you leave them until they do or don't pass judgement? Reason being now the Portal Mods are here and working well, I believe people are more likely to vote '0' on a lot more of the shitty submissions, in which case all the '0' voters will get blam points, but if you guys keep removing them before the judgement phase is finished, we don't get our blam points at all. I know if they pass, the '5' voters will get their save point but since that is the case already does it really make a difference? I have not got a Blam point in 2 days now because everything I'm voting '0' on is being removed before it even has a chance to get Blammed.
I think you guys should just acknowledge the stolen/shovelware content in a post and if it does happen to pass, then delete it. At least try it and see how it goes. If it doesn't make any difference then revert back to what you're doing now. But at least give us an opportunity to get some Blam points. I usually get at least 4 Blams a day, but the last 3 days have been 1, 0 and 0.

I don't think there's been as many shovelware submissions since we were modded because they're being removed almost instantly (within 1-10 minutes) so they aren't making enough money from it for it to be worth their time. I've never paid much attention to it, but shovelware submissions probably get the majority of their views while they're under judgement, so they get most of their ad revenue during that time, I'm guessing. If we let them pass then they'd probably have enough reason to continue submitting.
Anyway, I seriously doubt us removing them has affected the way people vote at all.. because they're normally removed within a few minutes most people probably haven't even noticed. Before I was a portal mod I was only checking the portal every 1-4 hours, if not longer.
Once the whistle system is back I think we'll probably give people a chance to whistle the submissions rather than remove them instantly.

Even though basketball is an wonderful game, it does have a specific problem; the balls bounce so much that in some situations they get lost. Not too long ago, which has been taking place far as well frequently for comfort, that is why you've got been hired to find them in Hidden Basketball. In Hidden Basketball you basically use the mouse in order to move your cursor, and your left mouse to click on a ball. Remember that though you could click anywhere in the image, a click inside the incorrect spot is going to count as a mistake; make five of them and also the game is more than. In the beginning you may not see any balls, but retain hunting close as they may be indeed there; they merely blend in with the background so properly. And so, superior luck making use of the eagle vision to recover each of the lost basketballs so the players can once once more appreciate their fantastic sport.
LMAO!! Awesome.

Yeah, since they disallowed voting through proxies the only real way of doing it is to have a large group of people vote on it, and right now there just aren't any active spam groups big enough. I'm sure this'll change in the future, though. Always does.

They were genre / icon mods prior to being made portal mods. He is giving them a chance to come back from inactivity before he de-mods them.
This isn't abusive but what do you think the over and under is on it passing?

I'm not a gambling man, but, if it should pass, I'd say the membership of this site needs a good 1000 gallon enema.
Vault 101 I have (LOST) many old and deleted Flash submissions, (you can't) PM me (dammit Tom) the filename, maybe I (godhelpmeonedayIwill) got it.

That's a bit questionable. It isn't the regular unexpected screamer (in fact I was very much expecting it) and that scream probably wouldn't even be scary if it was completely unexpected. I'm just going to wait for that to be blammed.
