The submitting account was made with a gmail.com address, the link to the 'original' site in the flash is broken, and there's no apparent link between the owner of that account and the maker / owner of this series.
HOWEVER:
The original video is supposed to be embedded on this page... but it won't ever load for me. Can anyone else get it to work? Is this really where it's come from?

Nope I tries to get it to load, but sadly it seems even the strongest dilithium crystals won't get the video to load captain :(
Although all the other videos loaded on the web page, so it is probably just a server error (or bug on the site). Anyway I'd just let it go for now, as it has already passed judgement.

Hmm talking on grades, I had an English test yesterday and got an 80 of 100. The teacher said it was worth only 10 points, everybody almost shitted in their pants when he said it was worth 100 points.

It's the same guy who tried to upload Freeway Fury for his own purposes. Hopefully this time it'll be flagged rather than passing through like his other flash did.
So I don't know what to make of this one, and I didn't want to double post in the NGPD, sooooo here's my question...
Would this be stolen, since the flash itself can be downloaded by anyone? The bad thing is there's no author on the page itself, but it's enough to show it wasn't made by the user.

Thanks for the info on those Choco Breaker flashes I will have to Pm Tom Fulp about them. I have also had the same whistle Diety since 2006 ,I have never lost any points from flagging flashes which passed. It is a real shame that stat whores still only care about points not right. I guess the rage's thread was locked forever because of people only wanting a Diety whistle.

Not just that reason - people started flagging reviews blindly, not paying any heed to the fact that the offending reviews were deleted and that when the flags on obviously kosher reviews were cleared, garbage prevailed.
Like a bunch of whiny teenagers, they complained on the BBS and basically, it became untenable.

Only if they are either under judgement and you voted 0 or they were marked for review and you voted 0. If they passed judgement you don't get anything blam wise.

Definitely flaggable, I found the link to the flash (nowhere is "Freegamesforyou" mentioned on the site). I mean now this guy is claiming to also be the original creator of MaxDirt Bike (which was made by MaxGame's author Robert Watkiss). Looks like normal flash thief behavior to me : /

Yeah, I was gonna' link it there first but I figured I'd be fancy and link it to the site where it has the information about about the author and stuff in the actual page since it only shows the author of the game in the credits menu ingame. Saves the lazy people out there time I guess.

Well that could go one of two ways honestly. One being the user could possibly not know how to post links correctly and that could be the reasoning behind it. Or it could in fact be a spammer that just thinks he flashes wl pass no matter what. And with the portal in it's current shape they could be right as well cause stranger things have happened.

When I tried to play this game, it had a "sitelock" on it. The game is from Sploder.com, and was not authorized for public release at Newgrounds.com. It shows the word "sitelock" on it, which prevents it from loading.
I couldn't find the link to the original game at Sploder.com, but i thought that this information would be sufficient for flagging this game.
Well, we can't really flag it without having any evidence to back it up though I'm pretty sure the flash will get blammed anyways since the sitelock prevents it from working.

This guy's claiming that he was the one who thought of the idea for the flash and done the special effects for it, though I highly doubt that since there's no proof of him anywhere being involved in the actual animation. Even in the yt video it didn't tell us that there was two people involved in creating the video, only one.
This one will probably pass through since it's like 2 am here for me and probably 9ish pm for the folks there in America. I'm still flagging it though.

I don't know wether this one's stolen or not but the audio is definitely not his. It's taken from the Dragon Ball Heroes theme song called Dragon Soul. He just put together a video with this image then added the song to make it look like it's his property.
Overall, I think this counts as stolen for me since he didn't make either the song nor the image so technically it's not his 'video'. If you catch my drift.

I highly doubt that this guy is the real author of this game, the screen is all messed up and he already stolen another game right after he uploaded this one. His sign up date is pretty suspicious too considering he just joined about a week ago and the game was uploaded around 2 years ago (i've done a little bit of research in youtube and found a playthrough of the game uploaded at 2009).
So yeah, I call shenanigans on this one.
