Yeah bacause of the lack luster dial-up connection i'm having to live with makes it pretty damn hard to even watch flash. So I have to grade what I think is good just by looking at a few factors. And can't write reviews either which sucks cause I really would like to start doing that again.

As you say, the "change" column shows the difference between how much B/P you gained per day this month, and how much you gained in the last roster. And yes, it is wrong. It was just an honest mistake though, I'm sure it will be fixed for next month :)

Well, I can't "officially" say yes, but I don't see any reason why not. HOWEVER - our illustrious leader Eagle "Where's Waldo" Rock has been conspicuously absent for weeks. I think his new job IRL is really rough - he's working graveyard / zombeh shifts with rotating days off. Usually, he gives the AOK for a rejoin, but in his absence... maybe Coop or Phantom? - they would make it all official-like.

Yeah that would make sense. But the mod's will only really allow the NGPD and the EGB at the moment cause the last attempt of something like that was locked. But it also was a little too strict on it's joining requirements for something lower then the NGPD.
