Thanks for clearing that up. I saw the shadows behind the blade and originally thought it was some of swinging motion. I didn't think "switchblade" because the handle looked too short to hold such a long blade. Usually, on a switchblade, the handle and the blade are about the same length, since the blade is concealed in the handle. I guess the rest of the handle was cropped out of the icon, huh?
Yep. It's the same with all of the other icons, you'll notice. Take Level 23 (mine) and you'll notice the fireaxe handle is way too short for it to accommodate the axe blade. I'd also say that the old Level 30 icon is a spear, and not some huge sword. Just focuses on the important parts.

I can understand that. Maybe when things quiet down a bit, you can print them all off and use it as bathroom reading material!
Ugh, don't print my story out...you'll kill trees! :-P I thought the sequel would be way shorter, too. Turns out it might end up longer...
Nice! Another author! What are you writing about?
BTW, just so you know - you are an active character in my fanfic, especially in the last two chapters.
Sounds fun. When the hell IS the Lit Portal coming around?

Also Eagle, switchblades are only illegal if you are seen with them. There's no law that says you can't own one. It's only illegal if you're seen with one.
Unfortunately, in NJ, the law is you can't even own one. In some states you can own it, but not carry it. In other states, you can own it, and you can carry it, as long as it's not concealed. In the other states, you can't even own the stupid thing.
Not that my life is permanently scarred for not being able to own a switchblade, but it just seems stupid. Switchblades are no more deadly than other blades, you can just quickly extend the blade. What's to say me concealing a 5" bowie knife isn't deadlier than a tiny 3" switchblade? The whole law comes from the fact that switchblades were glorified in movies and stories like Rebel Without A Cause and The Outsiders. It's all about perception.
