Yes, he is a review moderator and a forum moderator.

Meh - oh well - if they think he's good, I guess he's fine.

Also's, just wanted to add:

I joined Retrogade yesterday, and am the last sign up... that's pathetic...

I have to study vocabulary and crap... can someone tells me what egalitarian means? I'm stuck on that one...

Sorry, but I might check out the Wi/Ht? and I'll be gone for the day...

Well I am very sure that they have given him so much power as he's on the top of every stat they have.

I joined Retrogade yesterday, and am the last sign up... that's pathetic...

Hehe, well they don't have so many members. =P

I have to study vocabulary and crap... can someone tells me what egalitarian means? I'm stuck on that one...

Egalitarian: Someone who believes that all humans should have equal rights and opportunities, regardless of race, sex, sexuality or class background. Other word for humanist.

I'm not sure, but I'm beggining to think of this as a "talk to good level/expirienced users, who don't spam... etc. in a General forum like fashion"

It's like a mini-general almost, without the spam of course...

Anyways, thanks for the help Andersson XD

I always thought that mods have all powers - they instantly become BBS, review and icon mods. So that may be a reason for ~XwaynecoltX~ not being a mod.

True, they do become idols - just look at Ramagi and Newgrundling XD

Also, I found this topic rather funny - look at Ramagi's lock message - and notice the text she put into the italicized quote form... *sighs*

Mine too. This week I got 3 tests and 4 assignments to do, and I'm on the BBS.

I never said idols... I said that a mod doesn't have a specific task given to them. There is no such thing as a review mod, since all mods have the power.

That's what I was under the impression of anyways.

Meh, that's another thing to request, more whistle levels, although it'll never happen for obvious reasons.

True - I'm not exactly sure why I said that comment, although they aren't idols, they do seem to become rather popular.

Seriously? One would have to become a mod on all fields?!?

Good, I mean sheesh man, it's ok to post, but you don't HAVE TO post in every single topic in wi/ht or every new club that becomes created. You'll be at like 10000 posts in no time if you keep spamming up the place like this. ;) See what you've done!

Not only that, but I like always, have horrible orginization - though it's not as bad as last year, when I got a D in Sciense, because I didn't do any homework...

Or when that textbook fell out of my locker and slammed into that guy's head...

I think he's right - Newgrounds - especially the General forum, has gone downhill - and I'm afraid, that most Newgrounders are going down with it.

As noted before: Spam is neccessary for success. But, I now agree - it is needed only in small doses - and the amount were having is like taking a bottle of iodine, and pouring it all down our throats... a slow and painful death.

At the rate were going, I'm afraid that especially during lunchtime, things will become out of control. I'm afraid for the fate of this site...

I think it'll go in a cycle. It'll eventually reach a point where people stop coming due to all the spam. Then when it dies down, it'll gain popularity again. Then it'll be spammed up again and repeats. At least, that's what I'm hoping will happen.

I want you to look here - it's the list of new users. Look how many have joined. Now think for a bit here... make around 10-20 of em alts - so 30 new users in the last hour.

Now, take that, and imagine it this way - of those 30 users, 20 of them will not post in their first 3 months of membership - the other 10 will post in the "newbie" format, thus adding to the spam.

Of the "newbs", only 1 out of every 10 will go onto higher ranks, and go onto higher epochs of Newgrounds.

It's a sad world - never ending spam.

Another goal than giving the NG BBS a couple of higher educated members or to entertain and so on?

Well you do probably know which intention I have (Previous post). But whatever I want to get from this, it sure doesn't have to be the same goal as yours.

I like to make documentaries and to investigate. Through doing it, you'll get your own opinion through the facts you've snatched sometime.

May I ask you instead, why do you browse this thread as you seem to doubt it's reason to be here?

At 10/4/05 08:26 PM, Wylo wrote: I said that a mod doesn't have a specific task given to them.

That's correct, they are not asked to browse a sertain forum section or be online for a specific time per day. Nothing like that, just keep having fun and use your new gained powers when you need to.

There is no such thing as a review mod, since all mods have the power.

Ofcourse there are review moderators, everyone don't have that "power" to ban members for abusing the review rules.

But oftenly review moderators are also directly made into forum moderators.

Okay, how many hours do your parents limit you to? I don't think they should limit your time on the internet, unless you have dial-up.

Just one hour/day. And we don't have dial up, we have a 28 mbit DSL. Well, i don't blame them, it happens all to often that i choose NG before my homework, with it's consequences.
