I'm on RG. Just to let you know, there are a hell lot less idiots than there are on NG. There'll be some spam on the BBS every now and again, but that's about it. However, the main spam is on profile comments.

Or permanent. That is a good thing about NG BBS. You get another chance. Plus, you still have the ability to read the BBS. I guess you can still read it so some people won't get around the ban and read the BBS. Mass reviewing would be using proxies and multiple accounts to review the submission to get it the award. It was reviewed fair and square, even though reviewed by a few star syndicate members, other people also reviewed high maybe, and I know it's shocking, but the submission wasn't too bad.
