Well, if you're talking about base voting power, than yeah, only 278 ahead of you, but before you make that to mean only 278 ahead of you in full voting power, you'd better make sure there aren't any people of your level or one below exp-wise that are above Sergeant First Class on the blam/protect rank list. Cause if they are, they might be above your power.

At the same time, there are probably tons (well, there'd have to be, since not all 278 people are on the top 50 blam protect list) of people with less rank than you and thus less bonus +xx% to their voting power. So you've probably got less than 200 above you.
