My school's foreign languages are French and Spanish. I'm not entirely sure why German is taught in schools because French and Spanish are just so more widespread and more people in the World speak Spanish and French.

i don't like any languages.. but i agree, french is really the only one we need. my school is now officially a "language college" meaning that we all have to do more languages.. which sucks.

Man, did anyone else see bullypunk's (msafreak) newest submission, "torture devices". I can be a pretty tough person to convince, but I'm becoming more convinced each day that he's got some real issues. He's been submitting it long before he's tried to get spancker to be his friend, in all seriousness. At least 1 dozen times, maybe 2 dozen.

Well at least you're starting to see that this kid does have a few problems. I tried to his friend but like you said he has some weird hang-up with spancker. Hopefully he gets these issues resolved early in his life, because things just don't vanish, they get locked away.

It also saves you the trouble of voting on movies the next day in order to deposit your experience. For example, if you voted on 2 additional movies, the next day you would only have to vote on 3.

You have to wait 24 hours, not 12. That's so the experience can be fairly and evenly balanced out among everyone. Otherwise the people who are able to sacrifice their social lives entirely, would have an unfair advantage over those who can't.

When you're getting anywhere near as many points per day as Recon Rebel is, or even as many as I am, you start to notice patterns from certain users. There's this guy who submits "hellcraft" and "hell starcraft" every freakin' night right after the new NG day starts. Although last night, he only submitted one of them (apparently he finally noticed the reviews in the graveyard telling him to at least not doublepost the movie). And then there's msafreak, who was always good for a lot of blams, and a couple protects (though it turns out they were stolen now, and that's why his account was deleted). And there's many many more who are dependable for blams or protects or both.

Or he may just be acting like a weird, troubled 13 year old with bad English and an unhealthy attachment to Spancker. That's my guess, at least.

Heh, in all frankness, I was always fully aware of the fact that he had some problems. The evidence is there, and it can't be denied. I was just a little disheartened at the way people jumped at the chance to verbally assault him.

I agree though, he'll do himself a world of good to get these things resolved as soon as he can. Anger, sadness, all those emotions will bottle up over time and become more serious if one does not express them properly.

Back some time ago, Newgrundling posted a topic concerning your averages per day on NG, ie : posts, exp. blam/protect. I never really checked it out thoroughly then, but I'm curious to know now, how many blam/protection points do you get on average per day, Recon?

I recently did the math, and my average is 35.8 per day. I can't even fathom Ramagi's..

the first time he submitted that was a few months ago it was even save's ones on his first account (and that happend when i wasn't on line for a few minnutes :( )

My average ranges from 50 to 75 per day, depending on how heavily I'm attempting to get to the next level. Right now, I'm closer to 100 per day cause I'm trying to get to 5000 later today. Once I make it there, though, I'll probably drop down to 40-50 per day for awhile, then pump it back up towards 70-80 when I get near the next goal. I'd guess that RR is close to 100 per day, flat out. Ramagi's slower lately, but she sometimes gets like 125 per day.
