Awhile ago I thought I had a chance, but now I'm pretty sure I started with too much ground to make up. I do have a considerable higher b/p per day, but he still has a considerable lead on me. Now that he broke 29,000 and needs less than 1,000 to reach it I don't think I can snag my 2,100 some odd points I need by then. We'll see though I guess.
Yeah, I'm going to make it well before Christmas. Hell, I have a small chance of making it exactly on Halloween, which would be pretty neat.

There's also the fact that people get more motivated as they near a goal. lee had been muddling along at 20-40/day for some time, but his pace has been increasing as he gets closer to SC. You'll likely be around 28k (give or take a couple hundred) when he makes it.

I need 3,100+ and have no chance of making it by Halloween. I'll probably get it in the second week of November.

MPA as SC is a scary enough thought ... doing it on Halloween was going to be overkill ;)

There have been a few comments like this that i have seen posted around. Since mid October, i have been keeping progress of MPA's b/p gains in order to see if he could catch me and to see his averages. At that time, i calculated a few averages and figures and pretty much knew that MPA wouldn't catch me. Sure, he's going over twice as fast as i am, but the gap was always too big. Maybe if he'd started earlier then he'd pip me to EGSC.

I've calculated using my average of abput 50 points, that it should take me about 20 days to get to EGSC. For MPA to beat me, he'd have to average about 165 or so - pretty much an impossible task even for a b/ping machine like MPA.

I think it's just that he is slacking off a little more than I am lol As Bila got/gets closer to him, I've had this growing angst that Recon is going to suddenly hop to and start banging out the BPs again, holding me off in the process. See, while everyone has BP boosts on weekends, the weekend-portal-saturation never helps me any. I work 13 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday...I really haven't gotten a chance to utilize the weekends much, and it looks like this will also be a slow week for me.

Apart from having to work everyday, I also have a show on Wednesday night in DC. It will rock as usual, so that will keep my spirits up for now.

Also, I am finalizing up a new song that I wrote with my band last Friday. Hopefully it will be done in another week or so. Then we will be able to pick a few songs and get them professionally recorded. It'll be roughly $1000 to get them on tracks, but it will definitely be worth it. I'll post a link to them when I get the song done :-D

My throat is hurting a little bit (maybe a cold is coming on) and I hate that I usually have a show like the next day. Can I ever get sick, like right after a show happens? Of course not! Murphy's Law is one law that I hate. Damn you Murphy!!! Damn you >:O
