What was submitted was a piece of garbage. None of us have ever given a shit what it "might be" if "you let it on NG". It is not presented in a user-friendly, or even aesthetically pleasing format. The only bonus on that entry is that it was NOT bulked up with 3 mb of unoptimized audio like the last one of his which also had no business passing.

To all of you who tossed passing scores at it, fuck off. I hope to God that when I finally submit something you people bother to fucking WATCH it and vote based upon what you've seen. I'd never know if anything I submitted actually made it on its merits or because I'm known to high VP voters.

I gave him a zero just because that is what is was worth. I added constructive criticism for if he wanted to actually make it better and submit "handbook V.2" or what have you, but it made it so I guess that's that.

Yeah sure, it'll probably be worth a zero so that's what I'll vote.

Also, many of the stats for his Blam/Protect rank part were wrong.

Such as there being a 4% increase between Major General and Lieutenant General from 46% to 50%, and a 5% increase from Lieutenant General to General, when it is really a 2% increase and a 7% increase. The point totals are screwed up as well. It also lists the names as 1-27, when they're actually known as 0-26.

The layout of most of it wasn't very informative, just saying "These are the levels" (Pics of levels) without identifying each one. Same with the blam/protect ranks, just having a picture of the ranks, then having level names, then having percentages and amount needed on another page just makes no sense.

It would have been much cooler with drawings of the levels j00bie =P

That's what's so great about the b/p system. It's static. D0GMA will always be EGSC now no matter how many movies fixit blams/saves.

But the current level system is good. The fact that you could lose your level encourages you to keep depositing and makes the levels more special than it would be if it was static. If everyone could get to the last level, then level 30 wouldn't be so special. Anyway, with the exp system, since you can only get 10 exp per day, two people depositing everyday stay the same distance away from each other. There's no chance that level 30 would be completely unobtainable because sooner or later the person in the lead is going to miss a deposit. There is no need for this system to be static as the fact that there's usually only one level 30 and that's enough to keep people depositing.
You could agrue that the b/s system has special levels and what not, but with b/s allows you to get more than 10 points a day. That system needs to be static. If it was like the level system, and fixit was still going, no one would ever get close to the fourth final rank, let alone the last. Also that getting those 10+ points whenever there are UJ submissions and not on a daily basis means you could reach EGSC (in a static system) in twenty years, ten months or if there was a extremeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeely rare glitch that put all the submissions on NG UJ again, 96 hours if you were able to vote correcly on 30,000 entries at a pace of 1 entry/11.52 seconds (which would also be extremely rare considering others would be voting). The only reason to keep voting after you reach it is to get in front of someone, nothing more.
So EGSC differs from level 30 due to the possibility of getting there, the way you get there, and what you do after you get there.
