The title of the last one, also the flash I voted on to get me over the hump, is of course "final step". In terms of leveling up, yeah it was my final step. In terms of my commitment to NG; that won't be going away anytime soon. It was an honour to be one of the first 50 people to Elite Guard Supreme Commander. And it's an honour to be one of the first 100 people to Level 60.
Kinda neat that your five final votes to hit level 60 were also your first five "permanent" votes, because we just implemented the one vote per entry feature! Now when you view There She Is, you'll see the log of the day you voted those votes. :)

The Wi/Ht? means a lot to me. It was definitely first real "community" I became a part of on the Internet when I was just a teenager. Had some great memories.
Thanks everyone for being awesome. Don't be strangers.
that was an awesome post to celebrate level 60. I wish I had thought of something like that :-)
Congrats
Delayed by a little over a month but, 5 years on here.

Every hub (movies, games, art, audio) has a Random button - check the left column, towards the bottom. Once you go random, the view page will also have a Random button in the left column under the content, so you can keep surfing random content.
just made it officially to the 42nd top poster on the BBS!
Kinda' late with this, but I think this will do.
Proud to be a member for 5 years and counting...
Nowhere near as much as other users on here, but it's a start.
Hopefully I can stick to deposting EXP and posting.
22,000 Experience & 90,000 Total Points
I now have 19,500 b/p points. Meaning I am now officially a Brigadier General and have a fancy schmancy red star.4 more rank ups til I finally achieve Supreme Commander.
Hellooooooooo
I swear that when I become a rich and fancy diplomat, I'll have a beer with all of you here. Personally. In your very own houses. That goes for you, @Murray, @Haggard, @Coop, @NEVR, @Auz, @gfoxcook and everyone else that I forgot.
*also, I didn't know NG had a tagging feature now - huh, the times, they are a'changing*
Cheers & beers,

19,000 Saves
350 Rank
2,960 Blams makes everything look nicely rounded too.
Missed my first deposit in 5 years. Feels kinda strange breaking such a long streak. I feel like I don't have as much reason to deposit every single day now.

Hi! So... when do I get my beer?

Soon enough, hopefully!
Thing is, I should graduate next year. I dunno what opportunities the job market has for an International Relations graduate, though. So I should try the admission test for the diplomacy career, which has a 250:1 person-per-vacancy ratio. Ehhh... :/
But soon enough that beer will come!

Feel the same sometimes. I think it is due to less emphasis on the levels (option to choose an usericon freely, which is shown above the level icon on the forums - nothing against usericons, I like that system) and also higher levels just taking months of daily voting to go up.
I've missed so many deposits during the 8 years that my account has existed. My account is one year older than yours, and yet, you're seven levels higher than me. That's how many deposits I've missed.
I wouldn't feel too down over that. Level 38 is pretty high up there and looks really cool icon wise, from a voting power standpoint you are also not missing out all that much.
Which reminds me... that I reached Level 40 today.

Wouldn't it be easier to invite us all to your future mansion?
How are you doing? A diplomat you say? Going to be working at an embassy at a particular country?
Just updated to Windows 10. Feels smoother than W8, even when it comes to gaming. Any thoughts on it?

That's an option! Hehehe but I want to visit other places as well. That calls for two beers - one at my house, another at everyone else's
But it's unlikely that a diplomat goes riiiich rich. Definitively upper-middle class, but not mansion-worthy. Also, the real estate market in Brasilia is the most expensive in Brazil, so it's likely that I'll live under the bridge or something :/

Doing fine, what about you? And yes, diplomat, hopefully. I don't know what my goals will be once/if I actually become a diplomat, but I do dream of working in the Brazilian representation in the UN (New York) or in Geneva. That'd be THE dream job, I think.

Hey. Any achievement is an achievement any way you look at it.

Soon-to-be aerospace engineer. I started working on my thesis a few months ago. About time after all these years, eh?
Life's been pretty good otherwise.

We'll all have a beer under your bridge then. I'll bring an oil drum for the fire :p

I can imagine, it sounds like an awesome job. I've been to Switzerland a few times and it seems like a lovely place to live and work. So when might it be happening? Finishing up your degree soon or...?
