She wasn't that friendly to the north west region. People may have different experiences with her but what she did to us is inexcusable.

Yep, it's a lot of effort to sort all of that shit out.
See? Too much trouble. So I decided to leave everything as it is right now. ^^

Yeah, that really is troublesome. I'm sorry for even bringing up the idea. XD

Mine's not even coping right now. :P
Insane in the brain?

Quite. It's really had a bad time this week and it still feels like shit. I've been thinking about my life way too much. I really don't know what good I'm doing out there.

It may look futuristic but this is set far away from Earth so it can be a long time ago.
But Luke sure does look like a human from earth. This seems to mislead many people.

I suppose we all needed a character who we could all relate to. If we're going to go back to that space exploring thing, maybe there's a co-incidence where there's another planet that has humans similar to us but with different aspects to them.

Well, you could easily avoid buses if you have a bicycle but a train you can at least adapt to. I have seen people taking bikes with them on trains and it's acceptable. However, the one real problem is cycling at night in the scummy streets of Birkenhead. Not wise at all.
Sometimes it's just too far to cycle, so you have to take the bus. Or when it's raining cats and dogs... I usually try to avoid the bus if I have my bike with me, though

I'd rather cycle and avoid using the bus. My friend actually cycles from Liverpool to Manchester. It takes 3 hours for him.

It is. In my definitions it also means "wasteland".
Funny. I wear my "Greetings from the Wasteland!" shirt right now.

Well that's a lie. No-one will or should ever be welcomed to the Wirral.

I never even want to imagine playing TF2 without mouse and keyboard. The thought of playing it on console makes me ill.
Yeah, there are some games that you simply cannot play with a controler. But I think most FPS on XBOX, PS3 etc are pretty good when it comes to the controls.

I suppose they can adapt but again, PC controls are superior. Metroid Prime is a huge exception because it IS played to be on a console and it's not a true FPS game. It takes on some elements.

The week ahead will come with some challenges. While I will be going to London to see Helloween and Gamma Ray live and then Sonata Arctica the following day, I will need to settle with a few circumstances. The first condition in mind is that my future brother-in-law's parents are here for three weeks and they'll be sleeping at the flat so there'll be five of us there. Although the new flat is bigger than their old one, both bedrooms will be occupied so it's a matter of sleeping on an air mattress for a few nights.

Second condition, no internet connection at the flat. They don't get their new internet until the following week so when I'm in the flat during the daytime, I'll need to find something else to do to pass the time but thankfully I know what to do and that will be watching a bunch of DVDs and Adventure Time. I still have Monty Python's Flying Circus to go through and I also have a few Doctor Who DVDs to watch so that should be enough to occupy myself before heading out for the live shows.

Despite these few conditions to deal with for the next few days, it should be worth it for the shows!

Considering how she treated the north here... Really can't justify the bitch. There were celebrations all over Liverpool when the news was confirmed. That's how much she was (and still is) despised around here.

Yeah, that really is troublesome. I'm sorry for even bringing up the idea. XD
You silly dragon! :P

Ah well, that just makes me a lazy mod.

Quite. It's really had a bad time this week and it still feels like shit. I've been thinking about my life way too much. I really don't know what good I'm doing out there.

Those thoughts are really eating at me right now. Here I am going to be 23 in a few months time and if my life can't progress soon, there won't be any care for me due to my age at a later stage.

I suppose we all needed a character who we could all relate to. If we're going to go back to that space exploring thing, maybe there's a co-incidence where there's another planet that has humans similar to us but with different aspects to them.
That's what I liked about the Hitchhiker's Guide. Arthur Dent actually was an earthling, but he still traveled to some weird places.

I really should read that book, even though I'm not much of a reader.

That's a distance I wouldn't cycle too often... but I may use my bike to get to work. It's about 15km, which can be cycled in one hour.

I wouldn't mind giving that kind of distance a shot but only if I go little by little. I only wish there was a way to walk through to Liverpool but there isn't so I'm forced to pay to get over there. It would be nice if there was a walkway to get over there and back but it would be years off to build something like that. There was proposals for a bridge between the two destinations but it didn't work out since boats come in and out all the time. An underground tunnel walkway would be nice but I imagine it was troublesome enough just to build the two tunnels from the last century alone.

I suppose they can adapt but again, PC controls are superior. Metroid Prime is a huge exception because it IS played to be on a console and it's not a true FPS game. It takes on some elements.
A keyboard can come in handy, but I think games like GTA are better with a controller.

They are. I tried GTA on PC. Controls for air vehicles outright suck. Everything else wasn't so bad, though.

Get self-titled! Mezmerize and Hypnotize are also good records despite what some SOAD fans may say.

And I still look back at it and think, "You know what, someone out there did have an enjoyable time with me, even if it was briefly."
There you go. That's positive and for me that would be impetus to share myself with someone else soon.

Even though at this point I can no longer understand what my ex is doing with herself. I swear, her personality changes every so often and it's hard to even keep up with what she wants to do in life. She could have had a better focus on her life and stuck to it with me. I would have accepted her vows but too late for that now. I tried helping her out whenever possible but it was all thrown back at me so I don't see why I should accept her help now when she couldn't listen to me back then. She's ruined me and I don't know if I even want to be friends with her anymore.

Also, apparently in the last 9 days I've gained 3000 total points, because Newgrounds Logs says I just passed 50,000 points and now have 52,003. That seems seriously wrong, because I've only gained 376 B/P in that time and I really don't post that much. So either something got miscalculated, or something had been getting miscalculated for the longest time and just got fixed. Anyone have some insight?

I'm strictly referring to the "Total Stats" of each user, which is exp+blams+saves+posts+reviews+medals. (NGLog goes by the Hexalist, which largely determines what does and doesn't constitute a "stat" here in the NG community. :P

Also, NGLog does keep track of medal points, they just aren't part of your "total stat" tally.

Lol I have the feeling that I've overshot this by one save. Nothing changed yet but I will keep my eye on this stat maddeningly for the next 24 hours just in case..

I want to dedicate this to Bahamut, yes a user who does not exist anymore. Andy, I understand the next to detach yourself away from something you've been for years, but I still feel its important that you're aware first how great and inspiring on this site Bahamut has been. Yes, you're still here, yes, you're still you and I'm not saying that one of you has died and you've risen from the ashes, I just hope you know that Bahamut has been someone a lot of us have looked up to on this site and its thanks to your fantastic 77,777 bp stat that I decided to go one up myself. That was because of you so thank you for that and please don't look down on who you were. Cause I really like that guy.

I'm never going to get 77,777 saves, not a chance in hell but I know I will always keep trying because thats all any of us noble stat whores can do. No matter what. If we give up then the bad ones win.

So lets not lose heart no matter what.
