Yeah, the manuals weren't that clear either. When it talked about the modem, it could have referred to the router but I realised it was talking about MY modem so I resetted it and things worked better.

If there's anything I hate about computer manuals, it's that they prefer PDF. It can be tricky with some computers. I prefer they do it in Flash format.

I much rather have a manual in my hands comparing to reading it on a computer screen. I can understand that companies want to cut costs... but on the other hands, are CD Roms really that much cheaper?
