I just noticed, according to NGLogs I'm signed up for 3601 days and I got my 36,001 save today. That's a nice coincidence.

Yes, because fork lift trucks cost a lot to hire. He can't have that many more face lifts left in him, if you know what I mean.

If he lifts it any more he can wear his chest hair as a beard.

Right, coming Summer 2012, a new sitcom - at home with Hitler. A sitcom exploring the fraught relationship of the Fuhrer and Eva Braun, with the completely hilarious situations they became involved in.
And the embarrasing situations like when Göring gets drunk on their christmas party and starts whispering obsceneties in Mrs. Goebbels' ear.
"No, give me a peanut right from the bottom of the bowl, Maud!"
Is it a salted... peanut?
No, the Simpsons were never that crass, Homer was drunk and gawping at Maud's bosom.

I don't remember that episode.

Oh man, I still regret on missing out on Spyro. But back in the day I thought the game was "too childish". I think Spryo 1 is pretty expensive nowadays. :(
I got it for £10 on eBay.

Not as expensive as I thought.

Isn't that shit ridiculous?
I couldn't listen to it long enough to make up my mind if I should call it "ridiculous" or just "plain shit".
Listen to it all again but the fact that James Hetfield is a table is outrageous.

Nah, I won't listen to it again if I can avoid it.

Warriors of the World has 11 tracks. There's only two or three songs I want to listen to again.
I think what's even worse is when you listened to an album so much that you start to hate it. Like, it was awesome in the beginning and you listened to it over and over again and then you just grow tired of it. Happened to me once or twice.
I'm just glad I only listened to that album once. Oh, I've listened to both Keeper of the Seven Keys albums around 100 times by now and they're still some of the best music I've ever heard.

Yeah, some albums you will never grow tired of.

At least the games look smoother.
But only if an NTSC game got conversed to PAL in a shitty way.
A game that is originally PAL shouldn't have any "smoothement issues".
Which in that case only applies for newer games. The older ones, they suffered a lot.

True, but you still can't blame the PAL system for shitty conversions. It's the companies that fucked it up.
And of course I still think there should be one universal standard. No need for conversions anymore.

Famous sons rarely do. The only ones I can think of sporting wise would be Brett Hull son of Bobby Hull (NHLers) and Barry Bonds, son of Bobby Bonds (Both baseball players). Sons of the truly greats never amount to as much as their famous fathers, the expectation is too great.
Well I'm sure you know the Maldini's too. Paulo Maldini's father played for AC Milan and the Italian national team as well. Furthermore, his sons are quite the upcoming talents too I've heard.

I thought that the Baggios were in that number as well, but I was mistaken. Roberto and Eddy are brothers, but not sons of a footballing father. Perhaps Roberto can start a dynasty with his two sons, Mattia and Riccardo?

Manilla Road to the World - Part 10: Sands of Time (Spiral Castle)

Still no sign of the laptop but it should be done today. If not, oh well. At least I'll be in London tomorrow to see Manowar live so I have that to look forward to. Anything else, I finally started up Uncharted 1 and so far, it's pretty good, although the similarities with this game and Tomb Raider are dangerously close.

It's pronounced a bit like "Olive" just with an "r" at the end. Anyway, most people with the name "Oliver" are just called "Olli" anyways.

Garbage - Who's Gonnma Ride Your Wild Horses. I'm not so sure about this one, mind.
It's a Garbage song, so it can't be bad. :P
I think it will grow on me, because it's better than Milk :P
Milk is one of my favorite songs from Garbage. :(
To each, his own. I was just never a fan of theirs.

I liked them since "Only happy when it rains" and bought every album. But I've never seen them live. :(

Ah, he's seeking to use the chest hair as a "syrup of figs"
"Hm... what could be mean with that?"
*google*
"Syrup of figs, ah here we go. A laxative? What is this I don't even..."
*google again*
"Aha, 'Cockney rhyming slang' for 'wig'... WTF?!"
*google for 'Cockney'*
"Nickname for people living in London... yeah, I already knew that... 'Cockney rhyming slang', oh, that's better. 'The construction involves replacing a common word with a rhyming phrase of two or three words and then, in almost all cases, omitting the secondary rhyming word, in a process called hemiteleia, making the origin and meaning of the phrase elusive to listeners not in the know.'
I mean... really?!
Oh, there are examples... 'instead of 'head' - rhymes with 'loaf of bread' - you say 'loaf', ie Use yer loaf!
I mean... REALLY?! Who want's to talk like that, and WHY?"
*switching tab back to NG*

Oh yeah, that's a possibility!

"Ha, now it will look like as if I knew all along what he was talking about!"
Awesome. However, if I'd have quoted Python at you - "One of t'cross-beams has gone out of skew on the triddle." You'd have known exactly what I was talking about.

I actually had to look up that quote, but I remember that episode, although not too clearly. But it's the first time I see the whole Flying Circus, so it's no surprise I don't know every episode by heart.

No, the Simpsons were never that crass, Homer was drunk and gawping at Maud's bosom.
I don't remember that episode.
link for horrendous quality
Hm, I think I remember that episode. But I've not seen it in quite some time.
"If you want him to live through the night, I'd roll him onto his side. Remember, I said IF!"

I could respond with "told you so", but I won't do any "rubbing it in". Instead I wait until your news post. But I may refrain from commenting on it to avoid any "rubbing". ^^

You actually count every medal you've earned?

We have NGLogs for that. Just click on "My Medal history".

Back from London. For once, I was actually happy to get the coach. Not because it's cheaper but yesterday was disastrous for trains. There was a power fault in the Wembley arena so all the trains going to Euston were put on a halt. Passengers were relocated from train to train and when I arrived at Watford, I couldn't go any further with the trains and had to get a bus to any London Underground station I could find that (besides Overground line). I didn't even have time to stop at my sister's flat so it was heading straight to Brixton for the show.

I've already briefly expressed my thoughts on the show and you will get to hear the full details this Friday. I may even have a new website by then.

Yeah, I can spot a few faults on Uncharted 1. My sister has Uncharted 2 down in London but can't seem to find the game for some reason.

I was thinking about stopping at 36k when I saw I hit that number. But oh well, there where still some flashes UJ that I had voted to keep, so I'm now over 36k saves. Maybe I will take a short break from saving at 36063.

You are not gfox!

Yeah, it's a really good price.
And there goes another game on my "I have to buy that sometimes" list. Problem with this list: It tends to get longer and longer.

So does my list. However, music is far, far worse.

Wait, you're actually avoiding this?
Well, if there was a way to listen to the songs without the Lou Reed parts I might give it a try.

Try this. For the real Lou Reed parts, give this a shot. :P

No, I can blame PAL for it. Had it not been for these shitty formats, we wouldn't have to worry about Sonic and Mega Man music playing slower than they should.
Yet another thing we don't agree with each other. :(

On the other hand, we may finally get somewhere with Manowar... This is the end of Wi/Ht? as we know it.

In the absence of boomsticks, this is the most fucking groovy you can get, gay pink or not!

Say no to pink aura.

Limp Bizkit sucks more.
I have more Limp Bizkit on my iPod than George Michael. Because of Wes Borland.

At the end of the day, Limp Bizkit fucking sucks.

I await the match report with interest.

See, Haggard will make you see the true way :P

There's only a true problem with one of the band members. The three other men are still great in my books.

If you "rub it in" because of Joey DeMaio, that isn't entirely new since I knew he was an oddball beforehand. The only ones that find him sane are fanboys that would take orders from a fucking roadie.
