You think he's got a chance? If he does, he needs at least one more 200+ hit season on his resume. 1,325 ish hits is 8 seasons at 165+ hits per year... I'm not sure yet.
Just like I'm not sure about A-Rod beating Bonds' all time Home Run total. I'm sure that Albert will be able to do either Bonds or A-Rod, by the time he gets there, but the jury is still out on A-Rod.
I wouldn't have noticed, except for the mistake. At least double check them and remove any annotations that the posters give. I prefer to write my own, as it allows me to consider who has done what.I expect everyone to construct their own damn list. It's not a prerequisite to have a list to post in this thread, but if you are going to post one actually put some effort into it. I do, and so should everyone else.
Fair comment, but how do you police it? If they use a subversive method to get around it, are we really going to lose all that sleep? They need to check it at the least, to make sure it is right.

Yeah, I'm well aware of that unfortunately. Very few audio submissions actually deserve a zero...but I've been zero bombed a couple times personally. Having a submission you worked hard on end up at .47 isn't very fair. The whole audio portal scoring just isn't right at all I don't think.

Besides, it would be impossible to prevent it. Even if the system would check the account currently logged in and the account that submitted the song/flash/art, you could simply log in with an alt account and vote on your own submission you submitted with your main account.
True, but it would make a difference. I mean some of my older songs from 07 get ZERO exposure. They're never listened to, voted on, or reviewed. If I was so inclined to drop 5's on them every day, they'd be so much higher than 2.8 or 3.2 or whatever they're at...Hell I think if I voted a 5 on them at all they'd skyrocket to a 4 with one vote, lol. I just like my scores to be genuine ;)

Still, I would say there are prettier numbers with a 5, like 25 and 75.While 25 is 5 squared and should have me engulfed in waves of orgasmic pleasure, a la gfox, I would state that it is slightly exciting, though this is compensated for by a rather ugly 2 preceding the 5. 2 is just a wannabe 5, after all.
Yeah 2 is like a 5 mirrored in two axis. I'd say 2 is a special number though, if you consider its role in mathematics.

That's a nice achievement. It would be cool if you shoot for 10k, but I can imagine that's a tough voyage.
