And THE Polymorph.
Of course - I had to just dig out that episode and watch it again, because of this conversation.
Luckily it's on YouTube so I'll watch it there if I feel like watching it again. The DVD set is down in London so that's out of the question.
At least you have the option of wasting your week off with Red Dwarf :P
I said sword of steel!
I'm not arguing with that, I'm merely suggesting making the cannon out of Titanium.
Even worse. D:
You've made me listen to one of my favourite Maiden tunes for the ideal of the sword, but what's wrong with a titanium cannon?

Nos wouldn't work with a diesel engine.
In that case we might have to adapt. How about some rockets. I'm sure that will get you up to speed.
Up to speed? It does 70 at less than 2,000 rpm in 5th, so where's the rush?
red paint with flames should do it.
What, and look like Jeff Gordon? Nah, I'm good with the silver, especially as it won't show the dust at the cricket club in the summer.
Silver? You mean gray. Gray and dreary like the British skies. Add some color to your ride and stand out. :P
I'm quite happy to fly under the radar and then blitz people off the traffic lights.
Sounds like a bet then. But we agree that the Rangers will win through in the end.
Yeah the Rangers in the end. The Giants are just outmatched, but not so much so that they will be swept.
Well, I'd like to see it stay close, as a neutral - we get to see more games that way, plus more Lee.

Back in the day with 5,000 characters, he was still writing a little too much.
Yeah.
Shame he got into a fight with the admins and left the BBS though. I always thought he was a nice guy and he could've been one of the 'old guard' members of the Wi/Ht? as I remember him posting here often.
Afro_Stud fell out with some of the moderators, most of whom have now been demodded or even left NG altogether. If he wants to stay away from the BBS, it's his loss, though I wish he'd stop B/Ping as well.

Coop deals with an epic wave of Portal activity, while congratulating:
I'm curious how many b/p other users acquired today during the Portal wave. I'm sitting at 92 right now with time to spare, lol
The day's total was 99 for me.
Yeah, we know the Ford Fiesta as a "Fester", since it's just a festering boil of problems.
Yeah, lol. That and my 95 Ford Escort that barely made it past 100k. The transmission went out and due to shady mechanics coupled with the fact that at 16 I didn't work on my own vehicles, it never made it much farther.
Yeah, that's destined for the heap. I nearly got a C4, which was really nice looking, but 2 years older.
Oh that's right, the Focus. Those are nice cars. My ex girlfriend drives one as well as her mother and brother. 3 in one family. They're great cars and the sports model slips my mind right now but it's really nice. Good call.
Yeah, I can fit most of the cricket team in there as well :P
