I think that one guy was trying to buy them and move them elsewhere (Winnipeg), but the NHL blocked that move and they were committed to selling to an owner who wanted to keep them in Glendale.

I'll be getting the DVD soon, but Final Frontier is my next Maiden purchase.

Anyway it seems he did that review along with a Brutal Legend and Turtles in Time review, but he admits that he's only played Brutal Legend for an hour thus far and he probably hasn't played Tekken 6 for more than half an hour =/ He doesn't give any comments on the plot or things that actually require you to play the whole game.

So I guess you were right, he hardly plays the games he reviews which is indeed terrible.

I find that to be far fetched. There's so many better flashes out there and most of the movies I made were rather silly. Yeah I can agree with that. Your flashes are some of the most silly ones on NG, but they are original at least. And the voice-acting is definitely a plus :p

Hmm... I think there was a similar thing with Nashville - they wanted to move them somewhere else, due to lack of audience. I think all their playoff games were sold out, though. The NHL wouldn't have allowed that, I think.

It feels good doing this again, guys. A wisdom user once told me when I left that I'll be back, and he was right.

As for me, I graduated from High School finally. Yesterday, I had my prom :)
Now let's hope that I manage to enter into medicine school since it's very hard making it to get in there (More info about this in my last blog).
I graduated but unfortunately, most people of my class will not get the high school's certificate because they failed Calculus (Differential & Integral). They must pass a test in the next week if they want to get that certificate. I really felt very sad about it that I offered helping many classmates teaching them calculus again. I'm very good at explaining math so I think they will pass the exam if I help them.
Why I'm telling you this? Because you may not see me the next 2 days, but I'd really want to help them.

And talking about the FIFA championship, I hope that Mexico wins today since we're going against Argentina. I don't know what will happen :/

From getting so high (far) in the finals. We all know that the Netherlands suck in International competitions, save for their two appearances in the final in the 70s. Failed to qualify seven times, didn't make it past the group stages twice and fell at the second round twice. That's in 16 attempts. You have quite a weight of expectation on the team and you would expect them to do better, with the calibre of players that have worn orange.

I don't know, I guess I just like to see the English go down. Maybe because your media and the English supporters always make such a big drama out of it ;)

I'd like to see us win - that's part of the fun of being patriotic through sport.

Also, I want a chance for us to avenge ourselves for 1986 against Maradona. But, then again, I'd also like to see the Mexicans roll the Argies over - they've been the most positive team so far this year.

I wasn't going for anyone in England vs. Germany, although I'm a little happy that Germany won, since part of my family is German and such. Even with that stolen goal by Lampard.

I think they went for broke, thinking that offence and Marty's defence could win them a cup. Marty faded badly and Ilya was a shadow, not yet used to the spotlight on the big stage. That's why Byfuglien (had to copy that from NHL.com :P) will adapt well to Atlanta, if he can step up to be a star with Bergfors. Now all they need is a good centre and you've got a nice first line there.

Hmm... I don't know much about the rest of Atlanta's team, though. Sure, they might have a pretty good blue line, but what about the others? I hope they do better than this last season, at least. Try putting up a fight with the Capitals in the Southeast division, for starters. :P

I think that one guy was trying to buy them and move them elsewhere (Winnipeg), but the NHL blocked that move and they were committed to selling to an owner who wanted to keep them in Glendale.

Hmm... I think there was a similar thing with Nashville - they wanted to move them somewhere else, due to lack of audience. I think all their playoff games were sold out, though. The NHL wouldn't have allowed that, I think.

Nashville have turned a corner and so have Phoenix now - the crowds have rewarded the team for playing well. You're not going to sell out if you play crap.
