Yeah, I'm sure he did. He was also second place in Best Poster 2008 when Earfetish won. However, NEVR thought he wasn't the right person to be in Best Poster but that's just being modest and he thought I was a modest user. Better him than the majority of users over there.

I'm actually recognisable amongst the general regulars, especially those who frequent Stickam. The only reasons why anyone would declare me as underrated are how I'm often missed out on threads like "Which NGer do you have a crush on", "Favourite user" and such, lack of threads about me and not being a mo-NO! I'm an icon mod now!

Ah well there's six months between every award ceremony and that's a long time on the BBS. People come and go, so I think it's hard to keep yourself in the picture for the award for such a long time.

I neglected to mention that I was going to a Megadeth concert in Cork last night, unbelieveable gig, I am shattered after it haha. The support act was Sirocco, an Irish thrash band (and Cork locals as far as I could tell), who were absolutely brilliant (here's a taste, not brilliant but about the best Youtube could offer me). We actually met the drummer and rhythm guitarist after the gig was over, really nice guys as well.

Just found out as well that the cinema 5 minutes from my house will be getting a live feed of the Big 4 gig in Bulgaria next Tuesday, so yeah, I'm a happy man :P

Yeah, I'm sure he did. He was also second place in Best Poster 2008 when Earfetish won. However, NEVR thought he wasn't the right person to be in Best Poster but that's just being modest and he thought I was a modest user. Better him than the majority of users over there.

He doesn't seem to post all that much these days. To be honest, it was one of those things where he'd been beaten a couple of times previously for the best poster award, and as a long-term user of the site (moreso than I was at that point), the users finally thought it was his time and the majority got behind him.

But they're only novelty awards; I enjoy the drama more than anything else ;P

Yeah, and there's no way that I can become as active as I used to be in 07-08 again. I was taking a year out of education so I had very little to do a lot of the time, which gave me loads more time for NG. That won't happen again basically until I retire as an old man. I wonder if NG will still be around then? If it is I might make a comeback when I'm like 60 and freak out all the kids, haha.

Yes and it also takes another step in the right direction: Away from all the shit around the reviews (like beating up Bugs Bunny, etc.) and back to reviewing the games and giving background information to the games.
