Tends to happen when you have a limited resources and unlimited wants. Market failure happens.
It sounds a flawed system, but it's got to be better than having no healthcare at all. Why not put the funding into some sort of insurance pot?
I guess I should qualify my statement that it's isn't really full health care but more of a free clinic in a sense. They will pay for most thing but not all. A good example was a friend had needed some dental work done and they would pay for the services except for the anesthesiology. O.o
Why no insurance because like 2/3 of natives are below the poverty line. It's not particularly bad here where I live as far as quality of life, but in South Dakota and New Mexico on those large reservations lands they are basically third world countries and they rely heavily on government for health and jobs.
I agree, but that's just the class that the rich Republicans don't want to pay for the poorer people of the states to get healthcare, when they technically have a duty of care for those less fortunate than themselves.
They just have a different view of things. They figure to get people jobs and have employers to buy into private insurance to help cover their workers. It's not a bad way of doing thing but it doesn't help for people who are unemployed or work part time/seasonal.
Start with Dunn & Zimmerman and build around them, or instead, you trade them away for draft picks and stockpile talent. Failing that, hire Billy Beane.

Not exactly. But I like the quote "I grew up thinking they where called Partick Thistle Nil." It helps me to not lose my temper if they play total rubbish like they did yesterday. ^^
Plus, his Banana Boots are just awesome. XD
Anyway, Billy Connolly isn't even a Jags fan, even though he said so during his performances. But he later admitted that he only said that to not lose any fans from either side of the OF supporters. Actually Billy supports Celtic.
But, as I am not from Glasgow I didn't grew up with all the crap going on between Rangers and Celitc, I happen to like all football teams from Glasgow. But it's the Jags I happen to like best. ^^
If I had to rank them on a list, I'd say: 1. Partick Thistle; 2. Celtic; 3. Rangers.

It's a long way but he'll get there. I'm 12 levels away from there but I'm best focusing on the next level and then moving onto the next one.At 1/22/10 04:42 PM, FBIpolux wrote: Chainsaw was still my fav ><Just another fourteen levels and you'll have a chainsaw again ;)
Question is if the level system will still be the same by the time you reach the current exp requirement.

No Bahamut is right, I was Dark at one point right after the redesign. From Level 29 to Level 32 or so I've kept the dark aura, but then I decided I liked the red icon better.
Anyway I've been more active than gamejunkie over the years and I'm the one who reaches every level first, so I think I should be the one who gets to wear the Evil aura >=)
He can go change to fab or something, cause we're still missing a fab regular.

I can give you a brief overview of Australia.
The indigenous people here, Aborigines and Torres Strait Islanders, were treated somewhat better than the Native Americans, in the respect that they weren't just completely massacred and were given the right to vote, join the army and participate in sport, but suffered a lot of the same problems caused by the colonists.
Between 1788 and 1900 it's estimated that 90% of the native population died due to diseases that they caught from the colonists to which they had no immunity, being forcibly removed from their land, problems caused by the introduction of alcohol, tobacco and opium by the colonists and fighting with the colonists.
Between the 1860s and 1970s at least 100,000 indigenous children, although the actual figure is unknown and could be much higher, were taken away from their parents by Australian government authorities and church missions. This was done under the guise of protecting the children but there has been a lot of controversy and speculations of all sorts. The most common claim is that it was an attempted genocide because they were trying to get the indigenous population to die out.
In 2008 the Australian government formally apologised for what has become known as The Stolen Generation.
