Yeah but you can't have everything. I already made an alt for 1/1/06, 6/6/06, 1/1/07, 1/1/08 and 1/1/09. I think I'll save the next alt for 10/10/10.

I think you get it. Let me explain in detail:
Let's say for some category I voted for Rob as my top choice, liljim as my second and Stamper as third.
And let's this was the results: Stamper 3, liljim 3, and Rob 1.
Well no one has a majority so Rob is out since he is the lowest and everyone who voted for him moves to their second choice, which for me would be liljim. So the runoff results would be liljim 4, Stamper 3. So liljim wins with a majority of the votes.
I'm not really sure if a point system has the same affect since the minority isn't cut out but this system reduces the amount of chances for ties and/or randomly picking a winner in the advent of a tie.

Ouch. I tip my hat to you, running in conditions like that. We used to take the mickey out of the 'fun runners' who stood outside our pub every Sunday morning at around 11am, before setting off. The one he always accused of bad modding was Uberbarista. Although he did reply to Afro_Stud in the B/P thread when he warned everyone about bad review moderating, it's hard to say he actually did anything bad. I believe the BBS mod he was pissed at in April 2007 was idle who was supposedly deleting legitimate threads in Wi/Ht. Can't say idle definitely did that but that's what Afro_Stud thinks. If any of this actually happened, surely it can't be happening now but that won't make him come back.

Still, nothing like waking up with a slap in the face from a cold wind :P
No, this morning was the first of the runs that I'm trying before work. I tried it last year, but couldn't sustain it. I think it's going to last longer this time :)

A few mods lost their jobs recently, due to inactivity, so the ones causing him the butthurt might actually not be mods any more :P
UB has since been demodded.
Well, I don't know the argument completely, so I won't get into that one, but Idle is still active as a mod.

Good idea - I'm using clothing that I bought years ago when I went to University. I'm learning that it wasn't that cold in Leeds back in 2001 / 2002, so the clothing is being used properly now ;)

Why? I didn't bite you. Rabies isn't airborne, is it?

You have my sympathies.

and if that dosn't count then just put it down for the top 10,000.
To be honest, neither of them really count.
Try again, when you're in the top 1,000 (One Thousand)
