Coop gets accosted by some jobsworth from the council (see below). Congratulations to:
Odyssic: Brigadier General
ERmlfuryoflion: 1,000 Days on Newgrounds
DrHood: Private 1st Class
Simple: Level 35
As I've been doing for over the past 4 years, without any query, recrimination, or otherwise, I drove to work. For traffic flow purposes, there is a no entry sign on two of the lanes for the car park. I can understand this when the car park is at its busiest, but at 0840 in the morning, when the car park is occupied by between 10 and 20 cars at most, out of some 300-350 spaces, I slide throguh the wrong way to get a parking space nearest the exit.
Some blue collar worker from the Council, who was pruning the hedge comes along to me as I'm walking to the office "Excuse me, do you know what that sign means?" I proceed to tell him that it's a no entry sign "Yes, but you just drove through it. You're breaking the law." In my defence, this is common practice at this time of day, just as it is to drive out of the entrance to the car park at about 5pm for some other workers. This pillock decided to tell me that he was going to take my number down and report me.
I told him that if he mentioned it to the police, they would probably tell him where to go, citing that they have real crimes to investigate. My car is still there and I don't see why someone employed for the benefit of clipping the hedge should attempt to tell me the error of my ways in how I park my car.

Oh wait that's only one more review ;) Meh, do you have any idea when you will do the next update?
I've currently got it diaried for the 26th of December. Yes, that's Boxing Day. I am aware of this, but if everyone is going to be walking around the house, still playing with Xmas presents, I figured "what the hell"
Ooooh. In that case I still have all the time in the world to secure my list entry. I was worried that you might update it really soon and that I would miss out and would have to wait another month.
But in this case, I could make a big jump into the top 100.
Excellent, I look forward to seeing you on the list :)

And WE didn't need the help from a certain russian linesman. ;)
Piffle! The referee's descision shall be final, no matter how much you whinge about that, nor how much we whine about Mr. Maradonna, or the Irish about Theirry Henry.
That's right. There are other matches between Germany and England with a much better result for Germany.
You manke it sound like you've won every other match you've played against us :P

Oh yeah I forgot to mention I updated this Member list a few days ago. Check your stats out and brag a little.
8th place. Not bad, but I can get higher up that list with a little more effort!

Ouch. I've never liked broken bones, not even insignificant ones that people can't do much about, like ribs. The collarbone is a diffcult one, as it means you've effectively lost your arm for a few weeks to recover, which is harsh.
Shouldn't happen, I hope. Surgery's on Friday; they'll ut in a metal plate to fix the bone so it can heal. I was told my arm would be mostly usable again soon (but then, "a few weeks" might still be "soon" to them. Hope not, though, and the bandage should come off.)
Excellent. Not so excellent at the prospect of surgery, but excellent that a map to recovery has been laid out.
