Oh hey, I just realized that I have entered the top 25 saviours.
Congrats-worthy I think. I saw Coop coming up with a similar thing recently. Surprisingly the top 20 is not even that far away. As a matter of fact, I might even get there before the end of this year.

Q: What are the requirements for being the UOTD?
A: To be selected as user of the day, a user meets the following criteria:
has a profile
has posted to the forums
has a properly-sized profile picture
Please don't ask for the spot, our system chooses it randomly.
the key word is random so as long as you meet the 3 requirements its random not based on posts or anything else
Well, yes, l knew that, l thought that it had to do with something else beside random picking...

No, what sucks is that I had to go to Hereford to fetch files from our old solicitors, who are in administration. I put the postcode in the sat nav and drove off. I ended up in Hay-on-Wye. For those of you that notice on Google Maps, yes, I went to Wales -.-
So, some 21 miles further than I had to go, a bunch of time lost and I finally turned about a 2.5 hour jaunt into nearer 4 hours by car. Turns out that y car is the little car that could, managing 10 loaded file transfer boxes and having space for at least 3 more! I possibly could have fit another one in there, if I'd have sat it on my lap, but that was without dropping the seats.

You just have to love people like him; thinking to boss people around like he has some authority. Which other games? Propably some games I have forgotton about because remembering them would be too painful. ^^
Anyway, at least the german team can win penalty shootouts. IIRC their record is still flawless. :PPride comes before a fall.
Seems as if the english team isn't willing to learn that. It's always the same before every big tournament. "The best english team ever!", "no one will have a chance against us!" and so on. And then they drop out of tournament in the quarter finals. :P
With the german team it seems to be the other way round. At least in the past few years. No one believes in them, everyone here says: "They play so shitty, they will not even pass the group phase!" and then suddendly the team reaches the finals. xD
This is why I never write off the Germans :P
I found a nice list on wikipedia (sadly it doesn't seem to have an english article). Germany won 5 out of 7 penalty shootouts (they lost one in EC 1976 and the other one 1988 at the olympic games).
England on the other hand... well, they could only win 1 shootout out of 6! :P
