It's kinda like a pendulum. Some nights the general populace of Newgrounds is in a blamming mood, other nights they want to save everything under the sun. It helps if you can read the overall mood of the masses.

he's not TooCool, but look at his points. He's got tons more saves than blams. Won't be that hard for him to pick out the kernels of goodness from the chaff.

I forget who mentioned is (Recon?) but yes, I've had a couple of randoms asking to add me to their portal buddy list. Dunno why, the best flash I've made would barely register a 0.2 on the blamter scale (like the Richter scale, only more flashy). Maybe 0.4 if I added a token picture of Strawberry Clock saying B.

I had one random someone ask to add to their portal buddies too, and this is when I had never yet made a flash!

I also had another guy who I know request a portal buddyship as well, but I'll have him pending until he contacts me again on exactly why he wants to team up.

The last portal entry before NG went down was submitted at 5:45 PM and the first portal entry after NG came back was submitted at 9:06 PM, both ET.

Sadly, they were both on their way to being blams, so I can't provide the links to show those times (as blams don't show the submit time, something I wish they included), but I did note them down when NG came back up (and all the flashes I'd voted on hours before were STILL UNDER JUDGEMENT, heh...).

How are you doing _lightning_?

The way the scale works it gets tougher to increase the higher your level. It seems like people who were way behind you in experience at one point start to catch up. If Humantarget52 didn't deposit for a week would we need less experience to reach the next level?
