He's been improving. We at the NGPD had a little talk with him about his posting habits. He seems to take our word to heart. Never really saw him as annoying, mostly novice.

I didn't say that. I can tolerate cold weather. It's a mild inconvenience to have to scrape the ice and frost off the car, but I can live with it. I have more major inconveniences to deal with, like my girlfriend's dad >:(

The cars aren't that hard to push - you just lean on them and they slide up the road. People try revving the engine too much and the wheels just spin.
