It refers to this list, which was made by gfoxcook a long time ago. It contains all users who have at least two of their stats above 10,000. As you can see it was last updated on the 31st of december ´06, but gfox is gonna do one final update when he reaches 10,000 posts.

well, sometimes people will just spam for 4 or 5 posts to get close to the achievement and thus, the mods will need to delete the spammy ones and you don't get anywhere any quicker from doing it.

I'm aware of that Malachy but I had 4 posts deleted today and none of them were recent. How far back can mods delete posts? Two weeks?

Actually I haven't really posted any spam like posts for a while. I know most if not all my earlier posts were back in 2002-2003 but I don't remember any of them being recent.

The doublelist is a stat list compiled by gfoxcook. It's an addendum of the pentalist, which lists users with 2 or more stats at 10,000+

I'm one of the few users in the quadralist (4 x 10k), while XwaynecoltX is the only current member of the pentalist (5 x 10k)

well, wade could have been cleaning out really old spam topics, perhaps somebody bumped an old spam topic that you had posted in way back when and the topic itself was deleted. I don't know anything about how far back forum mods can do things.
