I'm now Level 17, yo. I had it for a few days, but now, I'm a Police Lieutenant along with it, too. Cool.

I kinda miss the chains, though. But in a way, the bat looks cooler than Level 16. Police Lieutenant doesn't look much different than before, though. At least it gives me 2% more vote.
