I dont know I just got into it.....plus I liked to watch flash movies/games and they are great to watch, so I got caught into it. Plus I wanted to help and understand them better so one day I can make a flash or something.........

Hey, I got a technical question:

has anyone ever had IE stop "noticing" that they're clicking on links, in regards to link color?

By that, I mean that I had a crash, and now whenever I click on a link, even though it changes right away to the visited link color, if I go back to the page (say, the portal), it now looks unvisited. So I can't tell what movies I've voted on. It's really pissing me off. Any ideas? Rebooting doesn't help.

I've been having some problems with NG. Usually when i click on the movies in the Portal, the yellow text changes to an orange toned colour, indicating i've watched the movie before. However, a few times the links have all turned yellow again, leaving me with no way of differentiating between submissions, i have and haven't viewed. It's annoying, and if anyone has answers, please share.

At first I DID think it was a problem with NG itself perhaps, but then I tested out links on google.com, and I swear they weren't showing up as visited EITHER... let me go check again. But wow.

And sorry, I haven't figured out a fix yet. I'm thinking about reinstalling IE.

Wouldn't that be a bitch? I'd say my new confidence is fairly justified, though. I'm currently ranked 52, with only Cadji and Agent66 in my way of the top 50. So at this point, my computer breaking down is pretty much the only thing that can stop me from getting on that list. Unless, of course, I miss 10 straight days of getting points (again). I won't let that happen again, though, not when I'm this close.

Did anyone notice the last 50 deposits page yesterday? I saw Testerline had deposited on June 10 2003 at 2:03:39 pm and again at 2:03:46 pm. It's my guess that it just rolled over where he lives or it's a glitch. Anyone??

Depends on when he ranked up yesterday. If it was in the morning, then perhaps he got 195 points in 36 hours or so.

I personally got about 125 points within 24 hours yesterday, it was an insanely good day for points (I ranked up at 9500 at 9 AM on Tuesday, and I hit 9600 by 10 PM, for example. 13 hours for 100 points.

Well yes I did rank up and yes I did get that many points in one day......It was a busy day yesterday on the portal so I armored up and went in and did the job I was assigned....

Is anybody having the link color problem?

It's still present for me, and it's becoming really irritating, it's been over a day now and having to keep track of which flashes I've seen and haven't seen by either names or id numbers (better idea, cause if the last flash you voted on got blammed, then it's no longer on the list for you to look for movies only ABOVE it and not accidentally go back to movies below it).

I even tried reinstalling IE. No luck.

At least it's not stopping me from getting points. But it's happening on EVERY FREAKIN' WEBSITE I go to, not just NG. I wonder if someone put something malicious into a flash that I and the other person who had the problem (was it you, X, or someone else, I can't remember now) watched... and he changed some setting I can't find.
