Oh finally, I've made it up to 13,000 blams now, with 5,000 protects soon to happen as well as 18,000 total b/ps. By doing what you've been doing, voting on submissions. Don't tell me somebody else got that account to level 4 for you.

If you're referring to your blam/protect rank then you must vote on submissions that are still under judgment. They're on the portal in the far left had column near the top with the light grey background (it'll also say under judgment when you go to access it). If you're interested in the badges and the points needed to reach the next rank click on the link.
