We will be updating our rules, but due to new laws we can no longer take the risk on allowing any nude images to be posted to our forums. I have instructed the mods to remove any nude images they come across that have been posted in the past. If users post nude images from this point forward they will have the image removed and will be banned and may have their account terminated.

Your so stupid not to allow porn on this site. Although porn isn't okay, why ban that from the NG Forum Populus. You can say and do all kinds of crazy shit on this site. Why segregate porn out? Displaying those images isn't half as bad as the shit I have seen here before.

a) Do NOT post porn or any "questionable" material on the NG BBS; if you would be uncomfortable or get into trouble for viewing it at work or at school, do not post it here.
Maybe you are altering the rules to be more specific, but wouldn't the above have made nude images against the rules before?

Haha, dumbass, I was about to tear you a new one. :) Yeah, it's not by choice we're doing this, it's now the LAW. Hopefully the free speech groups will shoot this new law down. There are a lot of things about it that are probably unconstitutional. Free speech violations, privacy violations, etc.
If the law stands we may have to remove a lot of nude images from the site. Unless the images were created before 1995, but how would we prove that or know that? :( This new law really blows.

We will probably re-word the rules to make them more cut and dry. The rules say don't post porn, not don't post nude images. We have let some things slide, but now we have to really crack down and be more careful.

Cool, I have seen this happen quite rarely, but still, if people want to sit and post nude girls, go into the porn buisiness, and leave NG.

It has nothing to do with what we want. Read the link dummy, the United States has passed a NEW law that changes everything about nude images, pornography, etc.

If the image isn't hosted on Newgrounds.com we can't be liable, so as long as the people posting the link gives a warning that it links to a nude image, I don't care.
