I would like to add Rocksure Soundz - Royalty-free music and sfx to this resources list. Personally, I have lots of my own music and sfx on the site. I am one of the main contributors there, and it is an ever-expanding resource.
If you know that game named Elsword, I have ripped its SFX (japanese voices are there too).
