So far I'm planning on:
Skarmory @ Leftovers
Spikes / Stealth Rock / Brave Bird / Roost
Heracross @ Choice Band or Muscle Band
Megahorn / Close Combat / Night Slash / Stone Edge
Gyarados @ Muscle Band or Life Orb or Choice Band
Dragon Dance / Ice Fang / Waterfall / (Thunder)
Tyranitar @ Quick Claw or Life Orb or Choice Band
Crunch / Stone Edge / Aerial Ace / Earthquake
Smeargle @ Liechi Berry or Salac Berry or Focus Sash
Belly Drum / Subsitute / Baton Pass / Return
Alakazam @ Choice Specs / Toxic Orb
Psychic / Trick / Shadow Ball / Focus Blast
Not a bad team, though you'll need to fix this up if you want us to give you more comprehensive advice. I've added my suggestions for the missing info in bold though.
I'd give Skarmory leftovers due to it being a superb tank, and also to help heal some of that recoil damage.
Heracross needs some moves to take out likely enemies, which are flying types (hence the rock move) and psychics and ghosts (night slash). Night Slash has better accuracy than Megahorn, and is super effective against ghosts, since Bug moves aren't good against them, and of course Fighting moves have no effect. Choice/Muscle band should be self explanatory.
Gyarados also benefits from the attack boost that a Muscle band would give, but Life Orb is an option since Gyarados is a little hardier than Heracross. Choice Band is also another solid option though.
Tyranitar sits in the same position as Gyarados as far as attacking items are concerned, though Quick Claw is sometimes useful even though it's unreliable. It wil often catch your opponents off-guard, and has saved my arse countless times. As for attacks, you need Earthquake somewhere in your party, and on Tyranitar it really is a necessity. The last one can be Aerial Ace to fend of fighting types, but it's up to you. Avalanche is another option though.
Smeargle is pretty well done, though you might want to lend a bit of thought to a Focus Sash, since it isn't the hardiest pokemon out there. Also, you basically just need one attacking move if worst comes to worst. Alternatively, you could give it Nasty Plot should you want to Baton Pass to a special sweeper.
Alakazam just needs something to take out its two main weaknesses, Ghosts and Dark types - hence Shadow Ball and Focus Blast. Generally you don't need to worry about bugs, since they're quite often paired with a typing Psychic can take advantage of.
