I've even timed out how long it takes for it to save, I know, sad. If it says "Saving..do not turn off the power.." it takes that circle in the bottom right two and a half spins to finish. If it says "Saving a lot of data" it takes six and a quarter.

Heh, I know whatcha mean. I want a shiny Ralts, too. But I mess up the chain and it's a pain. That, and I don't have the other two in shiny form. Sorry...

Um, once you register their Friend Code (mine being 2148 6134 3042), you both go on Wi-Fi in the basement of the Pokemon Center. The rest is cake walk.
