I thought I was running out of time to submit my entry to the Low Poly Day contest, so I made this render as quickly as I could.
I'm really enjoying working on A8-Lo-T (the axolotl robot), and although I still have to finish it completely (I still need to add the textures), it already looks great with simple shaders.

Low Poly art is essentially 3D art made with a low number of polygons. Some artists make hi-resolution low poly art with smooth edges, while others work with lower resolution, more in the style of PlayStation 1-2 games. Either is fine for this event!
