Gale Graphics editor, Blender, and Opentoons. I also used Adobe Animate in the past but it aggravated me so much that I don't ever want to use it again.

Used to use csp, now it's krita.

(also use AE for serious vector-stuff and I'm eyeing OpenToonz because CSP's animation pipeline has horrible UX)
I actually use Vegas Pro 18 in my animation workflow to put everything together.
I use Blender's grease pencil for 2d animations. It took a long time to learn but I think the software is very rewarding. Just not very intuitive sometimes.

Adobe Flash CS6 (portable pirated)
Depending on what kind of animation I'm doing I like to use either fire alpaca for frame by frame sprite animation or a combination of fire alpaca and premier pro to do the type of tween animations you could probably do in adobe animate already but I hate using animate and adobe products :P
I use procreate dreams for animating. Yeah yeah I know it sucks balls trust me I know, but I’ve felt comfortable using it for over a year…..
Then again, I only animated on Adobe fresco during 2023, so I haven’t had experience with other animation softwares like Krita, Adobe Animate, CSP, etc.
and before y’all ask, yes, I also have ToonSquid. I use them both interchangeably
I'm now using Toon Boon Harmony to animate. It's working like a charm for me up to now.
Currently using Windows Movie Maker and Paint as my main until I fully learn an animation program (please validate my transition).
Using the latest version of Movie Maker as well as a few older versions on some of my laptops to stitch frames together and add those tacky video effects and title cards.
The recent addition of layers to Paint was pretty awesome because now I don’t have to go through some ridiculous process to edit out a few supports or do something similar to onion skinning. Probably sticking with the newest version of that.
I use Procreate to do the frames and backgrounds. I then use Affinity Photo 2 to separate the frames and backgrounds into individual files. Finally I use Blender to composite all of it using the video editor.
I animate in IbisPaint! Though I've always wanted to use Adobe Animate since I'm getting familiar with other Adobe products (Photoshop, Fresco, etc.)!
