Sorry for the delay! The timing has been pretty bad this month due to two big events happening (they're good events, but just take up a lot of time!).
Anyway, here is the kind of vibe I've been thinking of. Since this part is supposed to be a sort of "rebirth" thing going on with it marking the birth of ruffle, I was thinking of a sort of bittersweet thing that bounces off the death of flash. The big issue is that I'm not sure what the previous part is going to sound like, so it's hard to think of the best way to connect it. I expect to have to redo some parts of this once the part before me is done just so the transition is smooth.
Vaporwave as a genre is quite broad so I mainly focused on the lo-fi chooped-and-screwed-ness of it. Kinda fits thematically with the birth of ruffle, I think. Anyway, here it is: Download "vpw.zip"…
