I don't understand any of this. What page? Fit how? Smaller or bigger relative to what? Measuring a character in heads is just for figuring out how tall they are; I have no idea what you're on about with the rest.

I used to enjoy posting sketches on my twitter but it clutters my media tab with unfinished work so I dunno

If I'm interpreting this right, you're asking how to make your art thread to show off your craft in the art forums? If that was it, you can post whenever you want. It's your thread. If you want a weekly thing (which is not uncommon) by all means. If daily, that's fine too.
