I ended up missing out on my Copyright Appeal for my song, that started on May 14, 2023, that was due on May 21, 2023, and I would end up missing out on it. I can still respond, but I am afraid it would probably not go through properly. If there is any help that could be done for this situation, please let me know.
I checked out the source your track was matched to. It was almost exactly the same minus the drums.
What is looks like to me is some scumbag distributed a track entirely based on loops or preconstructed project files. Hence, if you use the same samples, you'll get matched to them. I say this because the track was yanked off of YT and Spotify.
But even if you had the right to use these samples non-commerically, your track still violates our rules.

See specifically, "loops in an unoriginal arrangement."
Still, it's been 2 years, so I've removed your ban. Going forward, more than 50% of your track should be your own work. That means, chop things up in an interesting way, and start writing in some midi!
Understood, thanks for telling me about this. It’s been a long time since I’ve made the song, but I do remember that there was a YT video with the samples, which is what got it banned, (lowkey, this song was mid, but I was like 12 making it lol) but most of my samples actually come from https://cymatics.fm/, if you are wondering what samples I use, and they are 100% royalty free. Anyways, thanks for responding to me and have a nice day.
Ngl the guitar samples were fire. As most Cymatics stuff is. And they are royalty free as long as you have a license. Which is nice.
Royalty free doesn't mean you can upload it here though. Plenty of people make that mistake and think they can upload, idk, Kevin McLeod, one of the most prolific royalty free music composers out there. Thing is, we're an original content site first and foremost. That's what we want to cultivate, not just file sharing.
If you ever have any questions about our rules or just music making and samples in general, hit me up. I dedicate pretty much all of my time on here to music and music production resources.
Yeah but they sound pretty unpolished lol. Anyways, thanks for clearing it up for me. Now from this, I already have a question. Is it alright to make a song with samples on it, and have your voice on the song that plays quite major roles, but does not play through the whole song?
Yes, it's fine to do that, if all the samples are royalty free. Like, if you were to do a rap freestyle with a hook over a royalty free beat, we allow that. But the more of your own work you put in, the better -- and probably the more likely you are to get noticed or get a higher rating.
The opposite can also be true -- say, you make your own beat, and you use royalty free acapellas to fill in the space.
Or you can make your own instrumental and have drum loops or samples.
I just wouldn't make up your entire track out of premade loops or samples and then make the only original part your drum beat -- unless you're literally doing a live performed drum track yourself.
The bottom line is, your creativity must be the spotlight.
