hello, I was banned from publishing songs, and I wanted to publish a song, and they said that I stole it from someone, it was a pure accident, and I filed an appeal against this mistake, and I accidentally did not delete this application on purpose.

I am neither a Newgrounds Moderator nor a member of their staff, but I can assure you that they have not "forgotten" about you. There's a lot of things going on on this site that require moderator attention. Your case is most likely still being discussed. After all, you come here as... (I hope this is the proper term) a "postulant". You did bad in the past and now you are asking for a second chance. (Being able to upload is a privilege granted, not a right. This is somebody else's site - not a natural resource or something funded by your tax money...)
Another observation I'd like to share is this: I have yet to discover an online community where staff or volunteers appreciate 'being rushed' with "Is it done yet?"-questions... Those do not speed things up; they slow things down.

Do not upload audio you did not personally perform or compose. That is to say, audio you did not author. In no case will we ever allow them, ever.

So two times in my songs, “how my brain thinks” and “flee” I used audiotool and used samples to make them. I was given a copyright strike for people I’ve never heard of, I assume they used audiotool as well and we used the same sample. I released another song “echoes of the abyss” and “menace” which also got taken down, but for those ones, I didn’t get an explanation on why they were taken down. Since, I switched to FL Studio and made 2 new beats that I wanted to upload. But when I tried to, I was banned from posting audio. Can you see if you can solve this?
