Disorderly, while it runs on Ruffle, doesn't allow you to enter doors, even when the prompt is highlighted.
Sanguine 2 was scripted in AS2. Appears to work.

I've switched it over!

This has been a long-term bug there... Curious what goes wrong there. I really need to dive into the FLA for that one.

I've noted all these in the list, thanks!

Those aren't ready to run with Ruffle yet, waiting on AS3.
playin some more of my old faves
https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/338882/flash?emulate=flash seems to work fine emulating in ruffle
https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/328498/format/flash?emulate=flash seems cool as well

Video clips don't work (AS3)

Half of @RealRedbookClock's flash games won't work.
Not set to run in Ruffle, but works very well.
Text not outlined / wrong colour. + StrawberryClock invisible.
Working
Music adds extra layers when clicking stop

And on the topic of RedBookClock, most of his movies are already running on Ruffle, which makes this harder to confirm if they're working right because I can't run them on the Newgrounds Player and cannot make a comparison, nor can I download them.
Slightly behind in streaming audio, much like my flash.
StrawberryClock isn't visible.
No play button in the preloader
The Flash version is in AS3, but it works fine.
If any of them has a preloader, even a bog-standard preloader, then it won't show up unless it's already fully loaded.
Battle for the Portal Pt3 | AS2 movie. Visuals don't appear, maybe it was a video embed.
newgrounds.com/portal/view/128589/format/flash?emulate=flash
From memory I think this was a video embed with 3d animation, but it's been a while.

The menu selection between playing levels and editing levels (the one with the two sides to pick), while it works, is covered up by with purple
It also didn't warn me if AS3 is being used.
I can't play the game itself due to being stuck loading a level
For those who wanna test games (now running on ruffle) on NG Player to make a comparison, here’s a way to do so, type this out on the search engine:
newgroundsplayer:310349 (or any other Portal ID)

The menu is using blend modes that aren't supported yet. The level loading might actually be an issue on NG's side of things that we've been looking into.
One thing I just noticed is that Flash Benchmark '08 at https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/465908 Doesn't load at all It just doesn't show the SWF at all
May I suggest adding the names of the user who reported these issues to the lists? And adding the name of the flash in the Movies list.

You tried this with Ruffle and it doesn't work? It actually works for me and I can see and hear everything. I think it uses some filter effects that aren't supported yet, though.

I was using the Ruffle Extension for Firefox by the way
Edit: I think I just discovered a bug in the extension When you run a game on Newgrounds that hasn't been converted to Ruffle yet it doesn't show at all
madness project nexus doesent work on ruffle, and on the ultimate madness scene creator there are slight texture glitches, some lag and one of the scenes are missing.
This spoof of the classic 'arrow to the knee' meme that was popular 'round Skyrim's release.
Flash version won't play, stuck on first frame.
And also these two Clock games.
Works, but not toggled to Ruffle.
Text effect for getting an answer wrong does not glow red

More @MiracleFruitClock games
https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/308664 Instant Game Over
The rest work seemingly fine. No very noticeable differences in visuals or gameplay.
In FDA Asswarp, all of the images are warped and cropped weirdly. No idea if this is a Ruffle error or not, but it's worth mentioning.

Here's my analysis on a bunch of @ZabuJard's older videos.
Works
When health is at 100, the last digit cuts off partially
Blur effects don't work.
Health set to 100 in the screen with the giant eyeball, but returns to normal in the next screen
Fully playable, but includes many blur effects not supported, such as projectiles or clouds in the background.
Time variable uses the wrong font.
As far as I got, nothing too noticeable.
Just a common preloader issue. Couldn't find any more differences, because I can't access the original Flash once it's in Ruffle.
Video playback issue.
Currently running on Ruffle albeit not perfectly. Luckily, I downloaded it before Ruffle was implemented, so I can report certain issues.
Blur effects in the surgery room scene, the shading in the raindrop room scene, and more, aren't visible.
Video playback in the spider channel issue
And there's more that I didn't have time to look through. I really need a way to run flashes in the Newgrounds Player after Ruffle is turned on, so that I can make a better comparison and ensure that no mistakes are left unnoticed.
A lot of the text that are required, though still clickable, aren't visible.

Is there an easy way to tell if a game uses as2 vs as3? I'm looking at my old flash games and I'm seeing issues, but as2 was such a brief time in my life that I just assume all my projects were as3
Edit: I'll link, just in case.
in both games:
in EF2 the filters on the circle buttons don't show up on the end screen

AS3 came along in late June 2006, so anything from 2005 would be AS2. Filters aren't supported yet, the other issues might be bitmap stuff that is yet to be supported but worth keeping an eye on... Had you just imported a stone texture bitmap, broken it apart, and cut out shapes from it? Or is that green terrain a mask that is intended to mask the stone texture to look like the terrain shapes? Could be a masking issue that's not covered yet.

I don't have the source, and I don't remember. I know the top and bottom are drawn via graphics.curveTo. it could EITHER be a green mask over a broken apart rock texture, OR a beginBitmapFill() on the graphics shape. since it's green I'm leaning towards the first, I don't think a failed bitmap fill of a brown texture would result in a green fill.
as for the floating platform, it's probably made entirely with filters, so that explains that

I have some graphical bugs that are happening in the impossible quiz games. I don’t know how to describe it but it happens on the impossible quiz on the skips, and the clock on question 18
in the impossible quiz 2 it happens on the skips again
It happens on the drawn Chris face on the menu, and on the skips again, and on most of the question numbers
also this only happened after flash ended
