Hi, I'm Eldritchsaxes and this is my first time using Newgrounds. I've always heard about how creative the website is with games, art, animations, and audio. I'm an traditional artists that loves drawing anything dealing with horror, monsters, scfi, and videogames. I'm also a fan of the Soulsborne series (the dark souls series along with some of their other games), and I love drawing fanart for those games. I'm hoping with Newgrounds that I can receive constructive critiques on my art in order to improve, and eventually learn how to do digital art and get back to pixel art. Lastly I look forward to chatting with some people, and maybe even make some friends.

I really forgot to introduce here in this site. I'm AleF2050 (or also call me AF2050, i'm very keen on abbreviations) and i'm an artist who has been straying away from social media after my unsatisfactions with algorithms and shit.
I first knew Newgrounds back when i used to play some flash games when i was a child, but was so aware that it also was home to certain adult content i never stepped in to avoid problems. Portal Defenders were one of the first flash games i played, alongside that Abobo game i enjoyed. I used to be an achivements maniac until the late 2010s when doing 100%s in games are no longer a mandatory task for me.
In the late 2010s i've been growing up myself with Japanese art and media as i REALLY fell in love with anything about anime and manga, but i prefer much taking on the more niche part than proper mainstream, and over time i realized that japanese videogames infact had a big part on art, so my influences come from Capcom arcade games (i used to play them as a child when i had my PlayStation 2, but now i have a PS4 and have the first Capcom Arcade Stadium which brought back my memories in big way), 2000s aesthetics that kept me very attached and recently Japanese/Korean/Chinese manga/anime illustration that got me inside the quite hellish world of ecchi (sometimes also hentai) and mature illustrations after appreciating tons of fanart. I'd also say i'm a waifu appreciator but i rather want to be quite careful on how i'd use it.
Most of the time i feel quite alone, so i barely try to get very interactive with others while i desperately try alone to improve art, which right now is my main focus as however most of the time i mess up big time. Currently i do not have strength to make a fully fledged illustration but i hope to work around it to get started.

So, first of all I'm actually surprised Newgrounds is alive and kicking still, I used to lurk on the site over a decade ago because it was the go-to place for independent animation. I was then surprised to find out that a lot of artists started to jump ship over to this community for good reasons.

I'm Tom Katsu, also known simply as Tom or TK, and I create art of the pixel variety. I'm the owner of a character named Paz, a stuffed crust cheese pizza woman, and I regularly make art of her and my other OCs.
I used to post my own art as well as commissions featuring my characters on my Twitter account, which I used as a sort of art database for that same Paz character, but I moved to Newgrounds soon after because the former flawless website kept adding dumb white backgrounds to every single transparent background piece I posted. And so, now I'm here!
Bonus information fitted for an introduction: I'm French, favorite games are Enter the Gungeon and Terraria, I used to write a ton but I fail to find the guts and/or energy to do so anymore, and finally I hope I can make some sweet encounters on here and share my passion for cheese-based curvy individuals!

hi, my name is AnEvilHeat. im mostly just someone who wastes time easily and procrastinates as a result but can generally be a good person to talk to with some jokes here and there. my main hobby i like is listening to music which has been a thing ive liked doing since the end of my middle school days. i like to explore genres of music and see what people can do to particular genres like punk, rap, folk, jazz, and pop. i also like to draw and watch shows mainly cartoons, like infinity train, the owl house and amphibia since ive liked to see the potential it has in storytelling and art. i first joined newgrounds because of its interesting history and impact on internet culture and thought it would be fun to make an account to experience even a little bit of it. i post my own art but its rather consistent in posting and im still amateurish in terms of trying to make music but ill hopefully get the hang of it.
