That sounds like a good foundation! Can you already code together bits of software for particular tasks? Any github or similar out there you're contributing to; toying around with?
Been dabbling just with the web-based stuff myself, but at this point I don't know if HTML/CSS even classes as programming. Can read JS/PHP/SQL but not write from scratch. Realized I was really more of a design person.

Posted this way too late (real life got in the way) but I can code together a CRUD site with PHP, JavaScript (Node.js and React), Python (Flask), and Ruby (Rails). No real open-source projects. My latest project was a Python-powered web crawler and before that a Java Discord bot.
My next language on the list to learn is Rust. 99% of people who I tell that to immediately point out how Rust is overrated and I want to see if they're true about it or they're engaging in another one of the Internet's infinite pissing contests. Only time will tell.
