There are plenty of premade loop packages available for download or coming with music software. Mixing these loops which aren't yours together isn't your own work. Put some effort into it. Nobody likes to listen to the same overused sample over and over again.

We've been writing up Garageband loop music ever since I've been on here. Not gonna stop any time soon.

Youve linked the rule on it but still failed to see the part where it says "unoriginal arrangement."

He used the loops in an original arrangement. Theres nothing wrong with his post. You can dislike it, rate it badly, etc, but hes not breaking any rules. This thread are for songs that break rules.

Yeah indeed. I am actually founder of record label Sound Ward and I have not give him permission to upload any of the tracks on Newgrounds which are uploaded/promoted by Sound Ward. I already contacted him and politely tried explain that he can not upload any of those songs on Newgrounds and they need to be deleted immediately but I never got response from him.
