How can I still download this in GMD?
I was wondering that too when I came across this. I was able to download it even if it was removed. Songs from unscouted artists are apparently not downloadable from the level editor, but they are from a level.
Maybe removing songs should also remove the metadata from them?

Stolen. Author comments drive Google Translate nuts, but basically, it says he published it in/for good ol' Geometry Dash. It says something about GTA5 and 'zarcot' which could be "Zarcort" ... ah, who seems to have made the song which I just found
. His game submission was stolen, and blatantly so. He seems to be another of those who think NG is a post/dump site instead of a place to post your own hard work.

I found this person mentioned here before, but nobody has seemed to remove his one song. For some reason, it only shows up in his one playlist named "Will Sparks", who is the real creator of the song.
