Yeah indeed. I am actually founder of record label Sound Ward and I have not give him permission to upload any of the tracks on Newgrounds which are uploaded/promoted by Sound Ward. I already contacted him and politely tried explain that he can not upload any of those songs on Newgrounds and they need to be deleted immediately but I never got response from him.

Yes, unfortunately. If you want to put something on the site, you have to remake it from scratch.

About the vocals in other songs, they are just from Royalty-free loop packs, and they are completely free to use, but the songs' melody is original by me.
