I have so many DM's from people that either want a scout from AI songs (even though I am not scouted as a mucisican) or complaining that I left a bad review on their AI tracks.
By the way, I'm going to start looking for AI audio in the near future, because I noticed that for some reason no one cares about it, so I want to keep the audio portal cleaned up from AI shit again.
I care. I just haven't had the time. I don't have college over the summer, so I wll definitly go back and comb through all the weeks I misssed. My job takes up far less time than my degree. You'll see a very large AI post soon.

I detect AI by ear, prove it with metadata and spectrogram analysis, and then search for stolen music with AHA or Shazam. I will check out google assistant and see it it works any better.

This is the guy whose nickname is BRYGAR. He creates his own songs periodically, but last year he caught my eye when he posted some Suno AI audios here. After deleting these audios, he still had a scout, but one could say that he could improve, because he can create his own songs, but it happened again.
He released 5 Phonk-style songs, but if you listen carefully, you can hear this "Chinese flute" with artifacts, which is found in every case in Suno AI audios. Also, cowbell's melodies in some songs sound too compressed, as if OTT from Xfer was added to them, which refers to Suno v4, because starting from this version, the generated songs now sound compressed.

I went ahead and flagged it (as well as the uploader's other SFX), despite it not "technically" being against the rules at the time of writing. My reasoning is this:
If Newgrounds was allowing people to upload sound effects, the Audio Portal and it became a trend, those sounds would soon flood NG to the point that it would be rendered completely unusable for anybody who "just wants to hear some independently produced music". We are already having enough problems caused by kids and mental grade schoolers uploading stolen songs and AI-generated audio. And of course, nobody could feasibly check if SFX were stolen from a sound effects site - or even another NG user...
Plus: There are plenty of royalty-free or otherwise fair libraries offering sound effects that Newgrounders could use. (Some of which are linked here.)
And unlike the user you pointed out, they will not title and tag those effects completely incomprehensible but rather in a way that makes it easy for users and visitors alike to find what they are looking for - without having a ton of potential duplicates.

I'll leave it to the Audio Portal Moderation Team to decide if they want to ask Mr. Fulp for a rule against SFX or not. I don't have all the answer and there might be audio engineers sharing premium sound-effects on NG that I just never heard about...

It is time for me to report AI generated audio on the audio portal, because I found something that was AI generated.

The artist who created the song goes by the name of V4zko. He created alot of songs with FL Studio, and he does not know music theory. Today, he released a melodic dubstep track titled "Force". However, something was off.
The song was made with Suno AI, and there was no "Compressed Pluck" in this track. The mastering was compressed and the vocals were compressed, as if it was compressed with Xfer OTT. In addition, the drop had a "Vocal Lead" in the track which sounded compressed. I am starting to get suspicious, I personally do not like AI music because they sound compressed.

That last song was deleted before I could submit my report, but I was gonna say that that song didn't sound fully AI, but very, very reliant on it. It was strange to say the least.

Very good question. I've only been on NG for 10 years, it sounds long ago, it actually isn't since music here has been introduced way earlier. I guess 20 years earlier, technology has been different vs today.
Oh, so old music breaks out if systems get upgraded overtime and no one visits their songs were guessing? If non-working songs are fixable, I would feel bad for having these songs removed: (ID's 11955 and 1403)
I mean I didn't remove it, I only flagged it.
EDIT: I guess for next time If I find any non-working stuff, I can PM Tom instead of posting here. This forum is meant for finding stolen/rule breaking stuff. And for anyone who's new here, posting stuff will not fully remove songs, flagging is required, this is more of just pointing out what we find.

I downloaded the audio, I was actually able to open the file in Audacity by importing it as Raw Data.
File > Import > Raw Data
Choose the audio you downloaded
Then use these settings (not sure if they are correct, but it sounded correct to me)
Seems as though the file somehow got corrupted during Newgrounds' system upgrades.

I bet my ass that this is Suno AI v4 audio, which was later processed by adding drums to some kind of DAW. These artifacts in some places of this audio reveal that this is exactly this AI. I ask the moderators to listen to this audio more carefully, preferably several times, to understand what I mean.
The name also sounds more like it's an AI generation that contained the following prompt: chiptune, 8-bit, video game song.

(The seemingly random "volume changes" around 01:10 and whatever happens between 01:33 and 01:38 strike me as "odd choices" for somebody who allegedly composed everything before that bit... You reported Pixel Adventure on Saturday. Given the recent avalanche of revealed AI (or otherwise plagiarized submissions), all those wrongfuly filed appeals we never hear of, severe weather phenomena in the US, summer heat, and ADR3-N's Re-Remix Me Competition!, I would speculate that more complex cases might get tabled "for a moment".
If a Moderator makes a mistake with an account that was created yesterday and ticks all the boxes for "I just uploaded this for GD"-Bingo that would be an understandable mistake. For an account that has been supporting NG for almost one and a half years* from the shadows, you'd better be sure. So my guess would be that the case will be looked into when the Audio Portal Moderators who follow this thread finally had some sleep. (But pesky people who write a bunch of reports won't let them... ;) )
* I maybe see an account with "investment" in NG risk it or self-delete three or four times a year (the latter usually while throwing a temper tantrum). That somebody who would help to keep the servers running would then go "lol AI!" just seems "odd". But they might just be here for our popular adult content and never read the Audio Portal rules.
I'm not trying to make excuses, but as somebody with emotional and other investment in NG, I struggle to make sense out of it. Their explanation would likely boil down to "I didn't know. I'm Sorry..."
